Outstanding Service and Quality Work – Highly Recommend Slam69!
I’ve used Slam69 twice now to have hubs laced to rims, and both experiences have been absolutely top-notch. The first time, I was in a real rush—sending off my hub just a week before a biking trip. Slam69 pulled through brilliantly, turning it around super quickly and getting it back to me in time, perfectly built and ready to go. The second time was just as smooth—they received my hub, built the wheel, and had it sent back to me all within the same week. The quality of the build both times has been flawless, and the communication throughout has been excellent. They genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to deliver. Can’t recommend them enough—Slam69 are legends!

Brilliant service
Slam69 were incredibly helpful in helping me order a Commencal bike part that I couldn’t find in the UK. Really great service and communication - it was only a small part too. Highly recommended independent bike shop.

Faulty manufacturer listing, refused to cover return postage.
Ordered a Restrap bag that had the wrong dimensions listed on the Restrap site. Returned as too small.
Restrap accepted a return but both Restrap and Slam refused to cover return postage, leaving me with cost and time wasted for Restrap's error. Pretty lame.

Thanks for your review for your order placed back in 2023.
Looking back, I can see you returned your fork bag to us at Slam69, claiming that Restrap listed the bag incorrectly. Even though our website listed with all the correct information and dimensions about the fork bag.
The issue you had was with Restrap's website directly. Apologies this is something out of our control, we have no say over their listings on their website.
