Slane Cycles went above and beyond to phone and advise me of the delivery service they use after I received a ‘could not deliver’ fraudulent email regarding the recent item I bought. I was reassured of the time scale for my package to arrive and would definitely recommend this seller again!

Responsive to questions, timely delivery of purchase
Emailed them to enquire about a product I was interested in. They replied within a day and continued to answer my follow-up questions promptly.
I subsequently made a purchase for a groupset and they kept me posted about the delivery timings.
One suggestion though: time to get that online chat working on the website!
