The service and communication on my order has been great. The team at Slane has been responsive and super helpful in giving advice and assistance. Supporting a local bike shop is so important. There is a cost to the price you save on an online retailer with zero support!

I had my eyes on this same product for a while now.
The fact that what I ordered came so quick from another country, did kinda surprise me.
I’m also very happy that I got exactly what I wanted, this was a great experience because I had my eyes on this same shop and the same product for quite a while.

My first experience of Slane Cycles
I had researched the product I wanted online - in this case an alternative bike computer to the model I have used for a number of years.
I did, though, want to purchase from a bike shop if at all realistic (on cost) & possible (on availability).
Slane Cycles fitted both bills, even though they are in beautiful Belfast & I live in West Yorkshire.
I phoned Slane Cycles for advice, was able to speak to a real person straight away, who was really helpful & checked with his colleagues for the details I wanted.
The ordering process online was straightforward.
I placed my order in Thursday evening (after hours) & received the item the following Tuesday lunchtime.
Slane Cycles used Royal Mail for the delivery, which would be my usual preference.
