The customer service at this company is amazing. With a minor snag Amanda put the required catches in the post to be with me the next day. When one door was broken, accidentally by the carpet fitter, again Amanda was very helpful and got a replacement ordered and dispatched. She made a difficult situation much easier. The doors are beautiful and I am delighted with them. I can definitely recommend this firm.

Their website claims "First Class Customer Support" but I have waited 6 days and still not received a reply to my email and my phone calls to both London & Sheffield offices have gone unanswered. By contrast my call to Spaceslide was answered very quickly by a very helpful guy called Matt who dealt with my questions very promptly.

Shortly after this review was published I received two calls from Sliding Wardrobe World and my question was answered.

Bought the economy made to measure wardrobe doors with mirrored finish. In my opinion excellent value for money. Despite being the “economy” option I found the doors to be very good quality, easy to install and a well thought through design making them easy to adjust even if the opening isn’t quite square. I’ve another bedroom to renovate and I will definitely be using sliding wardrobe world again. Delivery took just over the four weeks but didn’t mind waiting as they were made to measure. Delivery driver very helpful and arrived when he said he would. Cannot fault.

Ordered and received our bedroom wardrobes this week, fantastic service especially from Amanda in Customer Services who was so helpful...she couldn't do enough.

We received the best possible service from Sliding Wardrobe World. We were sent samples just to make sure that what we were about to order blended in with the surrounds in our home. We were about to place the order when Marie sent us an email with advice and suggested some changed which we were so glad of as the finished doors are absolutely beautiful. They fitted exactly in the space we had and very easy to fit. The quality is superb and they look so modern. Thank you so much Sliding Wardrobes World and Maria.

I have experienced the best possible customer service imaginable from Sliding Wardrobe World in particular Alicja. She helped me so much when choosing my wardrobe, sent me samples and was incredibly patient. She was so accommodating every step of the way and even went out of her way to do a follow up call to make sure i was ok. I needed an extra part and a replacement door (just a delivery issue) which was solved immediately. I could not recommend sliding wardrobes world enough. The quality of my wardrobe is amazing and I am so excited to get it in my bedroom. Thank you so much Sliding Wardrobes World and Alicja.

What excellent service from start to finish. The planner on their web page is so easy to use - the best there is. A few enquiries were quickly and helpfully answered via their facebook page.
The 4 Walnut doors arrived on time and look amazing. Totally transformed the room. The weight and quality was far superior to the ones being replaced. The wheel and slider mechanisms are sturdy and built to last. Each door has the name of the person who assembled it and the date of assembly.
All instructions were clear and easy to follow.
One slight issue was quickly sorted by the wonderful Marie, who could not have been more helpful.
All in all an outstanding experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend Sliding Wardrobe world more highly.

Excellent doors. Easy to fit and look better than imagined

Great company and amazing customer service and care. Bought a set of doors a few years that became damaged and they replaced them fully for free with more hard wearing ones. Really recommend them.

Excellent service and product. I can thoroughly recommend this company based on my recent experience. I had a few questions during the design process and the company was willing and quick to help. Special mention must go to Alicja Ostrowska whose help and advice was invaluable The doors and track are excellent quality. The online door design tool is great for testing out and visualising your ideas. I would not hesitate to recommend Sliding Wardrobe World

Ordered doors and bits but had to return. Mark Flynn has given great customer service, suggest to ask for him as has a 'can do' achievement skill.

I purchased 3 doors, one of which is angled and I'm really pleased with the results. The purpose of posting this review is to pay credit to Amanda Appaya who was exceptionally helpful in respect of my choice of door frames and finish. She insisted on sending me samples before I ordered and made some really useful suggestions. True customer service which I genuinely appreciated.

Sliding Wardrobe World are fantastic!
I had an odd size request and they were able to meet my requirements made my sliding doors to measure. Quality is good and staff helpful answering all my questions no problem. Also easy to fit and look great.

Sent an Email asking for help and information. Alicia Couldn't even be bothered to reply. The lady answering the phone couldn't even take a message properly. Not impressed with the service and have decided to move on . Thankfully haven't placed an order as I would hate to be waiting for parts if something went wrong. I think you will get better service at Ikea

BE AWARE
Please make sure that you receive professional help (which will end up costing you considerably more) if you do decide to buy their products, its not simply a case of putting this system together, you will need to get a carpenter if you're not extremely diy proficient as you need to attach batten and packers both on the floor and ceiling to make sure that the frame is completely square and trust me you will need to do this as no property new or old is square. If you do get a carpenter make sure that you check everything before you book them in as you will not receive any compensation from the company if you have send them away if there is a problem with their products, which we weren't told about. Also although no marks showed through on the front of the glass doors, the way in which they laminate them there might be blemishes on the back like we found, we were also not told about this prior to purchase. But the biggest problem is lack of communication from them throughout the the whole purchase to delivery and should a problem arise if you make a compliant, they are rude to you.

Why does good service and brilliant product quality stand out above the rest? Wouldn't it be great if it was the other way around, and all companies were as superb as Sliding Wardrobe World.

Sliding Wardrobe World are fantastic. They helped me along the way at every stage, design, ordering and installation. The Sliding Wardrobe I ordered turned in one piece and with out a scratch, and even the delivery driver was helpful and gave me some advise on what to look for when hanging the doors.

I am really over the moon with my Sliding Wardrobe. Thanks to Mark Flynn and all your team.

Website is comprehensive & there are lots of videos to watch for measuring & installing etc. Great choice too. Ordered wardrobe doors & then decided to order interior & there was no problem getting the 2 orders combined. All arrived on time too. Quality of the product is superb, was well packaged. Bought the Aura interior, the shelves are great quality & well made, worth the money. Easy to install too. Customer Service has been brilliant, have been very helpful all the way through. Was also kept well informed about delivery too. Would highly recommend them for your wardrobe doors & interiors

Ordered doors made to measure with tracks. Tracks which are not really made to measure and you need to buy more tools or find someone/somewhere to cut them for you the size you want. The soft close comes include but not working not impressed with the service. Would not necessarily recommend.
