Ordered two sets of wardrobe doors. They arrived in good time and were well packed. Fitted them with no problems and they look great. Happy with the price too.

I bought the wardrobes in 2019 for 3 bedrooms, and writing this review today to appreciate this company's customer support. I got some internal amendments required in one of the wardrobe and send an email to Amanda, was surprised that she remembered even after years and provided the accessories in just 2 days. Also the quality of wardrobe proved excellent, can't see any issue after using it for 4 years. Many thanks Sliding Wardrobe for having wonderful customer support like Amanda Apayya !

Overall experience was good. Easy ordering and product turned up early.

A very slight 'scuff' on the top of one of the door frames means 4 stars instead of 5.

Received a call to double check my order was correct and given my delivery date. Delivered on time. Delivery driver carried item into house and up the stairs for me.

Excellent experience .

Bought 6 mirrored sliding doors to refresh 2 large wardrobes.
While they look lovely, the build quality leaves something to be desired.
Multiple hairline cracks on delivery, ‘drips’ in the mirroring and a late (long after installation) crack leave me less than impressed.
They also fall out of the tracks much more frequently than the doors they are replacing.
On the plus side, customer service was really good in dealing with the initial replacements. But I don’t see them being so helpful when the doors fail in the next 2-5 years…?

Update 30/8/23:
As per the response below, I cannot fault the customer service team. They have been in touch since my original review to offer replacements for the damaged door & top guides and assure me that any ongoing problems will be dealt with also. That mitigates a lot of my concerns and leaves me able to admire the look of the product without worrying I made the wrong choice. Thanks!

Received the three doors however installer broke one pain of glass. So contacted your company who were not very helpful. Only an offer of a complete door, which I didn't take up. So have wasted £1400.

Great products and Excellent communication especially around delivery.

Products arrived and one was broken. Was replaced but I had to take a second day off work to wait in for it.
