Got exactly what I ordered and it was well packaged. Even got a free sample product to try.

Great experience. Product (Rupes Bigfoot LHR75e kit) delivered on time via APC (also very good). Few extra goodies tucked in from Slims too which I wasn’t expecting - nice touch, thank you. Would recommend.

I’ve ordered from slims several time and in fact have given them a great reviews however my last order contained 5L of Malco RUT tire dressings gloss £33.59.
I tried it several times but instead of a gloss finish it dried Matt even as directed by slims customer service to multi coat it.
But That’s where they left it no further explanation or send it back for replacement just multi coat it irrespective of that hadn’t worked.
I won’t order from them again and would urge people not to.

Phoned about my delivery and this person in my opinion went above and beyond what any customer services person has ever done for me.. if the whole company is as helpful as sue/Susan.. this company will go on forever.. my order was getting later and later so I phoned slims at 4.45 on a Friday afternoon.. my call was answered and they said they were going to phone the delivery company.. I never expected 1 call back nevermind 2 to tell me the parcel would be delivered late Friday evening.. I got my parcel on the day that I'd asked for the delivery.. thank you so much

Detailing and was very impressed with service. An online store to remember.

Talked to one of their master detailers this morning, not Stef, has a Mustang, he was so patient and helpful it was a pleasure to deal with him. But Slims is great anyway, I feel that they have everything I need product wise, a well thought out, easy to navigate website, and ditto product range. But there is a really great "family" feel to the business which is supportive, honest and real world. That is why I always shop there and I'm saving my Slims points earned through purchases, to treat myself. A nice touch they deliver. Everyone has freedom of choice, Slims just happens to be mine for all good reasons.

Ordered Wheel Woolies for my husbands Christmas ordered on the 23rd and arrived on the 24th, husbands highly delighted with them, great service, highly recommended.

EXCELLENT just ordered some car polish ect products , very good prices, in stock, simple to order, on the web site found in car express magazine, never used sim,s before but will do in the future.
ordered placed @14 54 hrs came next day 0835 hrs via A N C text twice to say its on its way, well boxed and just what i need, my local national shop for these items did not have these but sim,s detailing did, brilliant company, 5 Stars ., A N C delivery top class beat dpn, hermes by a mile

Just finished the master detailing course in Coventry. Stefan and James great instructors, made us all feel very comfortable, the passion they have for the course is infectious and took as much time to explain all the stages required to improve our skills and to get us comfortable.
If you are looking for a new challenge or just want to improve you home weekend detailing skills would highly recommend slims. The shop is a car detailers dream with multiple products from a wide range of companies, all competitively priced. Fantastic people and customer service

couldnt fault the service. was a new customer and received my first order not too long ago (using my 10% off) which was an amazing deal. got 6 different sprays and finishing products for about £40 which i am more than happy about. all of the products are high quality. will definitely be using them again :)

Was a new customer here during Lockdown 1.0. Ordered my new toys online (orbital polisher and associated bits) and had speedy delivery. Would like to order more but don't have the space!

I telephoned Slim's and spoke to James. I wanted advice regarding their products and what was best for the jobs I wanted to undertake. I spoke to their detailer, James and he was brilliant. He took me through the different products and gave advice which ones would best suit me. He was patient and knowledgeable. Well done James and thanks.

Ordered some items awhile ago but one of the items I ordered incorrectly (my fault) I called to ask if I could return and they were very helpful, so I proceeded with return and added a note requesting 2 brushes in exchange, fee days later they sent me 8 different brushes in total.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
