I have now had 3 of the 3 tank water filters due to various faults. Various leaks, missing and broken parts. No instruction have been included. I'm discusted with the lack of quality control. It simply looks like the manufacturers are trying to screw us with a top level price tag with a very low quality product. I am currently compiling my case to send to the UK trading standards for not fit for purpose and also a health and safety problem due to a very unstable/dangerous stand that fell over. . I can go on but my advice to everyone is to keep away from any Big Boi products. I have pictures and full video evidence of all the issues. The last unit i received leaked in 2 places. Really bad. I had a blower and hoover with missing parts. No product data and/or health and safety instructions are included which is a uk legal requirement.. I am also ensuring that all social media, press and tv channels are aware of this very bad product quality.. BAD ON YOU BIG BOI AUSTRALIA!!!!

What a service. I was looking for an air dryer and after finding the right product I discovered The Ultimate Finish. I placed the order and found a next day delivery code. I placed the order on Friday with the expectation of it arriving on Monday. I was surprised when it arrived to day i was very surprised. I used the BigBoi mini today and it is brilliant and has many uses.

I had an issue because the items I ordered were not exactly what I needed. I called them and spoke to Max. This gentleman's help was unbelievable, he contacted the product manufacturer for me. Although we could not get what I needed he did an amazing job and also initiated a refund for me.

Update: Customer service contacted me and resolved the issue in a satisfactory manner. I have updated my rating.

The included "gift" spilt it's entire content all over the box. The bottle hadn't been sealed in any way, no tape or bag. It was just placed in the box. On further inspection the lid was very loose, and was likely not done up properly at the time of packing. I'm surprised the courier didn't just return it to the depot instead of deliver it, the bottom of the box was soaked!

Recently purchased some items and made a mistake on my order.

I purchased a bigboi SuckR pro from ultimate finish Christmas time 2024, absolutely amazing product works fantastic dose a great job. Ordered with with no problems and arrived quickly packaged safe and well.

In back end of February 25 had a slight problem with a power lead and remote. E mailed ultimate finish with my problem to see if they could help sort the issue. They find the problem right away with no issues. Had my old unit picked up, fixed and returned to me within a week. They went above and beyond to get it back to me as they had problems with the delivery company. Communication with ultimate finish was spot on start to finish, super friendly, supportive and professional would 100% recommend this company to friends and family.

Also I found it necessary to email customer service to remove an out of stock item from the order and they responded very quickly and refunded me immediately.

I had an issue with a product that developed a small defect after a couple months of use. Ultimate finish customer service was excellent and a replacement was packed and dispatched the same day of my complaint without quibble. Excellent customer service 5*

Uses DPD Local.

In this case, the first warning of delivery and only option to reschedule was given less than an hour before the driver arrived.

The parcel wasn't at the shop listed in the email and there is no option to re arrange delivery.

I posted the wording above 3 days ago. According to the post office, the parcel arrived the next day.

I would like to respond to the reply posted below by pointing out the following. This sort of issue is why any retailer relying on DPD Local deserves a negative review on the first failed delivery. No need to contact customer services would have ever arisen had the retailer been using a competent courier service. This was a decision of the retailer and formed part of my buying experience. They therefore must accept that it is fair grounds for review.
