It's how a company deals with me after a purchase that's important. And Smallbones have been so great. Firstly I had an issue with the central locking. Immediately Nick told me to take it to my mechanic & he'd authorise the cost of a repair. Talk about feeling reassured & panic subsiding!! Turned out I'd done something silly & now I know for next time.
Then I got a tax reminder for my old car but had sent the vehicle reg documents off with Nick. Again, Chloe phoned me straight away & explained that she'd deal with that. So I'm writing a review as a genuinely satisfied customer. Well done, Smallbones! Oh, and by the way, I LOVE my car!!

We bought a motorhome from Michael and family. The service they provide is professional and honest. Their prices are fair and competitive. Prior to collection they ensured that the motorhome was given a mechanical and habitation PDI and MOT. They also addressed a couple of interior snags, arranged for additional security hardware to be fitted and provided a full tank of fuel. Nice people to deal with making the whole experience stress free and seamless.

Travelling up from Essex kind of gives you an idea of our first impressions of the team at Smallbone and thankfully, first impressions were correct.
From the get go, Chloe was excellent in every way and even returned a reply to a query on her day off.
We dealt with both Michael and Chloe and they could not have been more friendly and helpful with the process of changing our caravan.
Even though the journey up took five hours it was well worth the extra time and effort and would definitely go back when and if we are in the market again to change our van.
