Great service from Chloe can’t fault the service and was kept us up to date with the caravan that we purchased from her not pushy and was ok left to look around the caravan ourselves before purchasing would recommend smallbone to anyone even down to delivering it to our house thank you .

I am pleased to join the 5-star brigade! The process of selling our Coachman caravan was seamless. A chat on site in Gisburn, followed by Chloe coming to carefully inspect the 'van and offering an acceptable price, was everything one would hope for. It makes real sense to deal with a family company.

A great company to deal with. Zero pressure when viewing the Porsche Macan. Michael was really to easy to deal with. The overall sales process was excellent and the car drove faultlessly all the way to London.

Excellent Service. Irecently purchased a Mercedes C Class Estate from Michael at Smallbone Cars. Due to my work commitments I could only view the car on Sunday when they are closed. Michael agreed to meet me at the showroom on his day off to let me see the car. No pressure selling, just good old-fashioned service. After taking delivery of the car, I noticed a fault with the air conditioning. I called Michael to let him know. Straight away he said no problem we will have that fixed for you. It turned out to be a pretty big job, but the garage doing the work said they had been given the ok to do the job whatever ever was required. Excellent service from a very professional family business. Very pleased and VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Bought our caravan from Smallbone cars. Brilliant communication from start to finish. Very helpful. Pleasant to deal with. Knowledgable. Nothing too much trouble. They even put us in touch with a local towbar fitter who we used as was very competitive. Contacted Chloe about leisure battery in caravan. It was replaced without issue. Would absolutely recommend this local , small family run business. Thanks for a pleasurable experience.

Wonderful yet again got my car from them at the start of the year then i went back and bought a caravan from them. Chloe is really helpful and micheal no problems what so ever.

I bought a Land Rover Discovery Sport from Smallbone in August, beautiful car at a good price with full service history. I came at short notice and didn't have a car so Michael met me at a nearby station and let me test drive the car back to their premises. I was given plenty of time to look over the car without being rushed. There was no pressure selling and I was told if I didn't want to purchase they'd take me back to the train station. It was smooth and straight forward to buy the car.

The day after buying the car, I had a part fail - it was a wearable part and not something that could have been foreseen. Due to a parts shortage there were no parts available in this country, and Land Rover themselves told me it would be several months.

Michael proactively found a genuine new part in Europe and ordered it, covering the cost as good will. He also chased couriers and made sure that delivery delays were followed up. While this was going on he also continued to monitor other parts suppliers in case one came up closer to home.

It was unfortunate to have the problem but wearable parts do wear out - the response from Smallbone was really helpful and got me back on the road quicker than Land Rover themselves could. Now I'm on the road and really pleased with the car - which is a beautiful example.

Chloe responded to my caravan-for-sale advert. I admit I was a bit dubious when she revealed that she was a dealer, but she was a delight to deal with. I'd priced it for a quick sale, and she paid the asking price after a quick look round to check that the 'van was as I'd described it. Could not be better! I would be delighted if I was able to buy my next car from Smallbone.

I've just bought my second car, a VW Polo from Martin at Smallbone Motors and I couldn't have wished for better service. Professional, friendly and approachable, Martin answered all of my questions and was able to dispose of my old car. The car itself was extremely clean and great value, typical for this family run business. I would recommend Smallbone Motors to all and indeed I did, my girlfriend bought a car there last month and is extremely happy too !
