Let me down badly and I had to take them to court to obtain a full refund.

I bought my grandson an electric car left it abit late and stil opted for free delivery came in 3 days exactly will definatly shop here again

I had the misfortune to buy an item from this supplier as it was the only place selling Fire Engines at the time.

Make sure you make yourself fully aware of your rights and their obligations as they seem to be completely oblivious at best, outright liars at worst.

I've had trading standards get involved, they've ignored them and I've had to take legal action to recover monies for not just the purchase, but for repair fees they told me to get and are now refusing to reimburse.

The most absurd thing of all is, they admit it's not fit for purpose and requires a full refund, but think as they've tried to repair (and failed, miserably), they shouldn't refund me now for the costs I've suffered because of them and they're wanting me to also foot the bill to return it to them again.

They tried that previously by telling me it was a "back to base warranty" which they reluctantly accepted wasn't true.

I can only assume their electrician's name is Frankenstein, it took 2 months from collection to returning and came back damaged and with a brand new fault...it didn't drive anymore and it wouldn't charge!

Take photos, keep correspondence and do your research to protect yourself from these people if anything goes awry.

Frustrating doesn't even begin to explain how it is to deal with them.

I had a few issues with the car at first once spoke to customer service they got collection sorted and a new car sent out once we started building the car again found a part missing spoke to customer service again and next day the part came. We had some issues but all in all was very happy with the way they was resolved. 5 stars for customer service

Generally a good service. The only gripe I have is that they never answer the telephone so it is difficult to speak with them regarding any other parts or availability. The prices are reasonable and the postage was very prompt. I would recommend.

Seen these on other sites for ten to twenty pounds dearer, would definitely buy from smart play zone again. Trike was just what I was looking for my sons 1st birthday it looks smart and everyone says how nice it is.

I bought the Audi R8 spyder for my little girl, she asolutely loved it. The car come already put together with little work need to make it complete. The car is a nice size and not too big. I was also was given brilliant customer service, they were quick and polite.

Not only was smart play zone the cheapest around for the product but they shipped the item for free and I received it within 3 days. Completely satisfied with the experience and would definitely use again!

I ordered an electric car for my 3 year old granddaughter, a Predatour 918 Style 12v Kids Electric Ride on Car with Remote - Pink.
To say she absolutely loves it is an understatement !
I ordered in the morning and received it the next day at 10.30 am !
The product is very well made and amazing value for money.

Looks good but very flimsy and hard to move it is not easy to turn the parts bend

Ordered my son a car for his birthday but spoke to customer services beforehand who gave me some honest advice about sizes etc. Delivery was quick and the car came within two days as they had promised. The only downside was the personalised plates I ordered as an extra were generic ones and not specifically for the car ordered so had to be cut to size which was a bit fiddly. This could have been made clearer on the site. Also, the website payment system did now work with Internet Explorer so I had to reopen website and order in Firefox. IE is widely used so think it should be fully supported and I mark down one star for this reason. However, overall a good service and would use again.
