I use Carl at Lewes Branch all the time, they are aware I have arthritis in my hands, and they help me mixing liquid and helping me with filters,
I have found the lads in the store to be the most helpful ever they really do look after you.
They are polite and always send my receipt into my inbox
I only do menthol liquid and they always point me to new menthol flavours. It’s a real service you get there, I can fault them one bit

Myself and my husband have been going to this shop for some time.whenever I go in the guy is unfriendly. He makes me feel that I am a nuisance. I asked for vape juice and he was quite dismissive about the flavour I asked for as if I was an idiot, he then sold me the wrong product as he was not listening, I promptly changed this. I thought he was going to refund and charge me for the correct price but he claimed the price was the same..as it was obviously too much trouble. No receipt given and he did not ask for my email as usual. I have looked at my bank and can see I have been charged nearly £6 for 1 bottle of juice. I will not be returning as you have made me feel like I was a nuisance and now you have ripped me off. Sort your customer service out and make people feel welcome and not act so put out. I will not be returning again.

Absolutely great service Helped me pick out the right vape and liquid its so Worked and helped and theres a wide range of juices and such a friendly atmosphere Customer service is brilliant i wouldn't go anywhere else for my vaping needs i so truly recommend them

I ordered 35 pounds worth of vaporesso pods. Recieved a jiffy bag a couple of days later with bubble wrap ripped out and 4 squashed and destroyed blister packs with no box. I emailed them to ask for a refund and to return as I'm not able to even check the scratch code to check the coils are legit. I then get a random call at work 'to talk about it'. Said that I am at work and don't really need to talk about it because the state that I've recieved these in is just so awful that I don't want a replacement. No response still 3 days later. The packet was not ripped or anything when it arrived which means it was packed like this by whoever sent it. I am not saying they are fake, but... How would I know if I can't check? I also would never have gone for free postage if I'd have recieved them wrapped in a bit of paper with no box. Initial email response didn't even say sorry or anything so I assume I will receive more of the same going forward. Never had a company call me either in just in awe at the whole spectacle of how customer service got to this point. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE!

I loved the smoketronics in Lower Addiscombe they staff there was really nice, good atmosphere and good prices on the e-liquids. I know that I will be willing to come back there again. You can also get a coffee for a good price too and I will be there again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable , reasonably priced .. can end up waiting a while if the person in front is picking their brains .. I like to support local businesses and not buy on line if I can help it

Been going to the Lewes branch the last few weeks and the customer service gets worse each visit, so rude and unwelcoming. I’ve never been into a shop to feel like I’m a burden for buying something until now. Definitely won’t be returning.

Came in a few days ago and was served by sonny. He couldn’t of been friendlier and had full knowledge of all the products. I know nothing about vapes so he explained all the options and even set mine up for me. I’m so happy with the vape and will definitely be returning to buy more liquids very soon.. 10/10 customer service

Hi I go to the addiscombe store quite alot , i went in not long ago as my vape stopped working . There was a young man in there named blaine that didnt think twice about helping me to solve the matter . I ended up buying some juices too, I will definitely be recommending the shop to my fellow vapers. Amazing customer service !

Very friendly and welcoming to everyone that came into the shop even knowing the regulars and their likes.

I go to the Croydon branch in Lower Addiscombe Road and I can honestly say that I feel at home. Jay who works there seems to know everyone's regular orders and tastes. If I ask about a certain liquid he will tell me if I'd like it before I even try and he's always right. When people walk in he gets their liquids ready before they even ask. I'm very comfortable there. I barely go anywhere else.
