Terrible service from this once good company,
i ordered 8 beers and a selection of snacks as a birthday treat for my accountant, as it was being shipped to his office, i told them to deliver office hours only, but guess what, they delivered at 7pm and even left it of his office doorstep, where it remained all night, the day before it was delivered, they issued me with a part refund, as they had ran out of some of the beers, so now my accountant has a very small birthday gift, tried contacting snaffling pig, to swap the out of stock beers for something else, but you have more chance talking to Santa, as they have no published telephone number, and no one is on the "Live" on-line chat, you only get an email response in the early hours of the morning from a bot!! i have now had to order more drinks from a more reputable company, this is the last time i will ever put my trust in Snaffling Pig,

Superb company

Fast delivery of a snafflingly tasty product. They went down a treat for a Valentine’s gift! Yes, the recipient snaffled them out like a fresh bunch of truffles so I let him have a packet or two early.

Absolutely useless company. I am a pub owner who has used Snaffling Pig since 2014, and with my current site since 2018.

They used to be a well run, friendly team that would be simple to deal with. A quick email or phone call to order and next day delivery was virtually guaranteed. Any issues were very rare, but were dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Now, they seem to have no interest in their pub customers. They won’t take orders over the phone or by email. They won’t even take complaints or reports of any issues by telephone. Now you have to use their live chat (and there’s never anybody there) or send them an email. To which you get a sarcastic auto reply promising to be back with you in 24 hours. Of course, this doesn’t happen, and you will wait days, sometimes WEEKS to hear back from them.

Ordering, as I say, used to be straightforward. Now you are forced to use a very user unfriendly website.

Stock levels are consistently poor. Frequently out of stock of key lines and no dates given for restocking.

Delivery now takes usually around a week if you’re lucky.

If you’re not lucky and you place an order in mid December they don’t deliver it, blame the courier for losing it, take 5 days to reply to an email and say they’ll send another out.

The final straw? They have not dispatched that parcel either, nearly 2 weeks later. They blamed the courier and said they’d use DPD instead. DPD have never received the parcel from Snaffling Pig.

Truly an awful way to treat customers who have supported you from the beginning.

I’ve informed my credit card company and they’re going to start a charge back.

Snaffling Pig is no longer stocked in my pub.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Bought as a gift and he is enjoying them.

Fast efficient delivery.

Only half the order turned up, which unfortunately was completely smashed. It’s been over a month and the second part of the order is still apparently ‘awaiting shipment’. Chased it up a few times but getting nowhere. This company has essentially just stolen my money.

Great product poor customer service though as this was ordered as a Christmas gift and eventually resolved and sent out in the new year!

An amazingly helpful customer support team who replaced a Christmas gift for me which was not quite what it was supposed to be.

Can't get enough of this company. Their marketing is brilliant the produce even more so. My husband loves everything I have bought from here. Trouble is he always wants more. Would highly recommend 👌

Edited Update: my intention is not to mislead anyone. If indeed I missed the drop down menu, then I stand corrected and own my mistake but, I wasn't aware that I had done so. Check our exchange of emails on 21/12 when I thanked you for your quick response stating "we love your products". Your next email clearly crossed with the timing of my writing my review on 7/01. A misunderstanding, crossed communication. No hard feelings indeed, peace, which is what this world needs right now.

A Christmas gift that eventually arrived damaged on the 7th Jan despite being ordered 10 days before Christmas. Company were good about refunding after they reopened from the Christmas break.
