Would like to give no stars !! Like the other person i also purchased for my husband two capo shirts and received absolutely poor quality and completely different shirts than advertised. After paying £20 to send these back to them and probably a 100 emails later telling me once this had been released they would refund my £70 ! What happens I receive a message today from Royal mail saying they are sending the parcel back. Please please please dont be fooled by this website they are a complete scam !! And KLARNA shame on you for allowing this company to use your company to pay.

This is the first time I’ve written a review but this company must be avoided at all costs, bought 2 capo over shirts as advertised in the picture and got sent 2 unbranded shirts of poor quality from China and tried to get a refund or return label but not a chance, then after weeks of back and forth emails I got offered $8 US dollars For a £70 purchase, avoid this company it’s just a ripoff with really poor quality items

Items look nothing like the photo online, different materials, sizes, colours & designs! took over a month to be delievered, when I sent back the items they refused my refund, made me spend over 30 pound to send them back aswell, and since then have ignored all my emails regarding the issue and haven’t even sent me the trousers back, biggest scammers DONT BOTHER ORDERING!

I'm laughing at myself for buying from this company, I have received the shirt I ordered today, after 17 days, and everything I have read here about the quality and sizing is correct! Such an awful shirt, the medium size I ordered is baggy and the arms are so long they cover my hands. The quality of the shirt is appalling, I would never buy the shirt if I'd seen it first in a shop but that's the draw back of the internet, right?

I really don't hold out much hope of a return on any basis and that return will probably cost me the price of the shirt anyway so I'm writing it off to experience and making a mental note to never buy from this, or similar, suppliers again ... I'll stick to NEXT from now on!

If you are still tempted to make a purchase then I would urge you to, as I did, only buy one item and check the quality yourself ... I'm annoyed at spending the money on the shirt but would be infuriated if I'd ordered a couple and perhaps some trousers too! I would, though, urge you not to buy at all!

A good life lesson, I'll learn from it!

The shirts I ordered were way too small and didn't look like they did on the website.
For returns you have to ship all the way to China and the support email is awful.

DON'T BUY FROM SNAPPOK. I ordered a pair of trousers that had been advertised on Instagram. I received the parcel after 10 days which is ok because they ship from China. BUT.... the quality and look of the trousers is awful. Looks nothing like on the photos. SO... I wanted to send back. I sent a mail and asked for return information. They asked for the return reason which I sent immediately. AND THEN... they did everything to avoid sending me the return infos. On every mail I sent they sent back rediculous mails like... "according to our infos you have received your package" or they started asking again and again why I wanted to return. THEN finally after 1 week and (believe it or not) 25 (!) mails the send the return address... in... CHINA. And the customer has to pay for the return, in my case (sending from Germany) I have to pay approx. 20 Euros for a product that cost 40 Euros to buy. So the bottom line is... DO NOT BUY FROM SNAPPOK. Terrible products with terrible customer service!

Ordered 2 shirts, admittedly suspicious, as the ad was on TikTok. Quality was poor both in materials and manufacture. The sizing was AWFUL. Not vaguely representative of their sizing chart. Then when you go to the trouble of returning it, they never reimburse, but come up with excuse after excuse. Apparently now mine is stuck in customs...after 3 months of waiting...I've given up. I suggest that the 5 star reviews were written by a Snappok-paid company, because there are very few ratings 2-4.

Saw the ad on Facebook. (First mistake)
Ordered: 2 pair of jeans 36 waist/30 length.
Delivered: 2 pair of jeans 36 waist. Period. Just 36 waist. Length was nearly 40 inches. My feet don't even clear the leg openings.
Tried numerous times asking for return instructions. They kept answering, via email, that their email system was down.
I tried disputing the charge through CitiBank. After 60 days, CitiBank denied dispute. Apparently, Snappok said I didn't return the merchandise. Well, I didn't because I couldn't. Now I'm well-beyond Snappok's 30-day return window. They've finally responded with instructions to return the merchandise to a China address, at my expense.

Dropshipping-company that has no idea what they are selling. Ordered 2 pants that looked the same on their website, in XL, one is so big i fit in one leg, the other pair don´t go past my ankles.

You have to fix the return to China yourself. From Sweden that´s a minimum cost of around 500 SEK/50$.

Avoid.

Wish I could give 0, stay away from this company. Terrible services. False advertisement. Ordered pants in a large and they could literaly fit a doll, sent back and the cost was more then the product. Spoke to customer service who wanted proof of delivery as the pants "never turned up" this was provide. Now no response. Been battling for 2 months. SCAM

I hope after reading all these negative reviews that I don't get screwed. I wish Facebook would safeguard its customers better than this

I order trousers pants, they send me a different item with wrong size. Contacted the customer service, they don’t answer. Not recommended

Great styles just want to see the actual product in order to buy many more things I liked. It would be good to know an aproximate of when the order is arriving before orthering

If you want to return the garment, it takes a painful sequence of emails and then they tell you to return your item to China with no costs covered. Lesson learned the hard way

No answers from support, if you want to return your order. Never again.
