Calvin was really helpful from start to finish and made the whole booking process easy and straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, and he was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Thanks to him, I managed to secure my tour without any stress at all. Thanks to the team at Sno for putting a trip together for friends travelling from different parts of thr UK. They responded to my queries; always in a timely manner and with endless patience, and took the pain out of organising 8 people.

Greg at SNO was absolutely fantastic in helping us organise an upcoming half-term ski holiday for a group of 12, which is no small task. He pulled everything together smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and well managed. His communication was excellent throughout - always quick to respond, clear with details, and incredibly patient with all our questions and changes. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Fantastic service from Richard at SNO, quick responses to my emails which was super helpful with such a last minute booking. Booked Wednesday traveled Sunday! Everything went very smoothly and we had a fantastic time away at Christmas. I would definitely book with them again!
