A great place to buy your ski gear.

We purchased a Dakine ski bag from Snowfit in March. Unfortunately it proved to be a poor investment and ripped on the first flight days later and also on the flight back. Snowfit were initially very helpful in raising this with Dakine as we wanted a refund (£180 odd is a lot to spend). Unsurprisingly Dakine blamed the airline and wouldn’t accept fault. Frustrating but we appreciated the customer service Snowfit had given us in trying to resolve the issue and Jess at Snowfit offered to send us some repair patches as a gesture of good will.

I would have left a 5 star review at this point because the service was good and it’s not their fault the bag was a waste of money. However the offer of the patches was made on 21st March, I chased up with them on the 3rd April and am still waiting on a response nearly a month later.

Sorted me out with some urgent ski spares. Chris went above and beyond. Fantastic proper shop!

Absolutely outstanding customer service - all at Snowfit went above and beyond and very knowledgeable! Very fast 24 hour delivery and packaged extremely well. Would definitely recommend.

Had a boot fitting with Morgan. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and gave me all the time I needed without feeling rushed. Answered all my questions about bindings and boards. She brought out all the boots they had for me to try on, but the first ones she gave me, that she said she thought would suit me best, were indeed the only one that fit right. She knows her stuff. Thank you Morgan, you’re the best!

I got my boots from here a few months ago and the fitting service was fantastic.

Today I drove back to get some gloves and a hat, again fantastic service this time by Ollie and I got to meet Timber the dog too!

Have been using Snowfit for quite a few years for most of my skiing needs. Service always excellent. Recently I wanted a new lens for my goggles (old lens scratched). Snowfit didn’t have one in stock, but tried, unsuccessfully, to order one from the UK supplier, who turned out also to have no stock. Instead of just leaving it there, Snowfit provided me with the web address of the goggle manufacturers European HQ, and I was able to successfully order one for myself from there, with the part number supplied to me by Snowfit. They didn’t need to go ‘above and beyond’ in this way, no direct benefit to them from doing so, but this is how a good business gains goodwill; I’ll be back to shop with Snowfit again. Thanks guys.

Staff are always friendly, really knowledgeable and happy to help in any way they can. Able to take time to explain differences in boards and recommend which board would be suitable for me as a new rider. Great help with finding boots too, taking time showing and trying on a variety of boots to find the perfect fit with moulding offered when I require. These guys are definitely passionate about their work and hobby! 🏂

I bought a head ski bag an i made a mistake i bought the short one instead the normal size one, i opened the chat and Ollie was so quick to respond and i have explained i made a mistake and i has change my order straight away with no problems Thank you Ollie top man

This shop is such a gem! I received such amazing service from John, Dan, and the entire Snowfit team. They exceded every expectation at every turn, from advising me on which skis to purchase, to best bindings for my needs, to mounting and overnight transatlantic shipping to me. Mindblowing.
