From ordering to delivery I couldn't fault anything, very reliable arrived in under a week and in a discreet cardboard box. Brilliant idea especially having 18 ad 21 year old daughter's in the house.

My 1st experience with this company. It was easy to order and the item was delivered timely and beautifully wrapped. Unfortunately the product was faulty. However my problems were dealt with most satisfactorily and I received excellent customer service. Thank you Charlotte Dent. Shipping is very fast, but packing could be better and bullet missing.
Shipping is very fast, 4 working days to Croatia. Packing should be little better because bubble wrap envelope was completely damaged, you could see product all around, I was really worried that it was damaged but in the end it was all good, and one little extra problem, I didn't recieve bullet gift as stated while ordering, but I'm sure So Divine will take care of it.
