First of all, I can trust them they will deal with me and it’s very important.
Other things,constantly updating new products which makes me excited to try at each market.
Sometimes the website stuck with one screen and take for a while to make sure some products’ details.
But it wasn’t a big issue for me.
Conclusion, I am a heavy user and will use it!

An overall good company with easy to use app. Unfortunately, some of the information about which stores carry which products isn't always accurate, so we make some wasted trips to get items that we can't buy or review. Could use a few improvements but overall good.

Sometimes when the products aren't sold in the stores that the promotion is advertised in, it can be difficult later down the road to remember what certain products are without seeing pictures. In the reminders on the emails. I've noticed some of the products are starting to have pictures tagged to the emails which is helpful. I would like to see all products. Have pictures in the emails

I enjoyed Social Nature when coupons were mailed to me, rather than purchasing the item and uploading the receipt.

Great way to try new products and new brands. Reimbursement is super quick! The only negative is that many times (at least 10-20% of offers) the item is not available at the store listed...not just out-of-stock, but not even stocked. Otherwise it's great!

My experience with social nature is that they introduced me to a lot of new products. I would not have tried on my own. That is good for you.

Social Nature affords me and my family the opportunity to try products for less or free! We love it and think everyone should sign up!

Used to be a lot better - had a lot of 100% rebates or free items. Now it’s occasional but mostly BOGO. I don’t know if I want to buy something just to try it. What if I don’t like it? Please bring back more freebies!!

Social Nature is great for so many reasons. I can say that because I have been a member about four (4) years, and I love trying new high quality products through their redemption program. I have always received the promised redemption and usually in about a day. If there was a question about a purchase or a receipt, I contacted Social Nature’s customer service. They have always resolved all issues. Their website is also very easy to manage.

Getting to try products that we’ve never heard of before.
I do wish there were more free offers in our area. I’m not too keen on paying for something I might not like.
