Frank at Sofa Assist is a genius! A very helpful, responsive company, who helped us out enormously. Can’t say enough positive things, and now have our sofa out of the hallway and into our front room- something we didn’t think would have been possible a week ago! Thank you very much Frank!

We recently had our sofa delivered. The delivery company could not fit it through the door of the lounge. I called sofa assist after a recommendation and they were round in 30 mins. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond! They had the sofa in the lounge in no time and covered some marks left on the wall during the move. Highly recommend!!

My partner & I recently purchased our first property and were really struggling to get the sofa up the communal stairs. We got in contact regarding potentially getting it up to our second floor balcony. After emailing them over some details & the link to our sofa they phoned and advised to check if the arms come off. Well this worked a treat & we managed to get our sofa into our apartment! They were so efficient & helpful, highly recommend!!

Frank and his assistant were amazing. We called Sunday afternoon and they were here Monday morning at 8am! Amazingly efficient and so polite, professional and got the job done in such a short time. We are so pleased with how they managed the job and would highly recommend them for anyone who made a muck up of buying a sofa that could not get up to the first floor and it needs to go through the window. Frank and Adrian were amazing - I honestly cannot recommend them too highly. I’d bought a beautiful four seater sofa from Loaf and it wouldn’t turn in my narrow hallway to get it into the living room. I spoke to Frank and he and Adrian turned up the next day. They were respectful of my home, possessions and my sofa and very carefully and expertly took the sofa apart in one room and reassembled it in the living room.They even rehung my dining room door for me! They really saved the day, but did so in an incredibly professional way. Honestly, they’ll get you out of that fix!

Frank, you're an absolute legend!

We rang these guys after struggling for about 2 hours to get a sofa that turned out to be too big for the doors and hallway into the house.
Removing the window wasn't an option.

Frank took a look at the sofa via video chat and told us how to take the sofa apart and manouver it into the property. Best of all he was bang on the money with the advice and knowledge.

10/10.

In future if we run into a similar issue we will absolutely be giving these guys a shout.

Cheers lads, you saved us alot of embarrassment and money that would've been wasted otherwise.

I called sofa assist to ask if someone could dismantle and assemble my sofa as it wouldn't fit in the door. Frank was very helpful and honest and told me it was job I could myself and it would save me ALOT of money too. He told me exactly what to do step by step and what tools I needed. He even said I could facetime him if needed for more assistance. He explained everything perfectly and myself and a friend of mine were able to dismantle and put the sofa back together! I wouldn't have been able to do this without Frank's advice and assistance. He saved me so much time and money thank you! I would definitely recommend this service.

I never take the time to write reviews but Frank and Adrian are something else! From the moment I called to enquire I experienced nothing short of the friendliest service I’ve ever seen in London. Not only did they seamlessly move our sofa into the flat (after waiting outside over an hour for the delayed delivery) they actually left our window in better condition than they found it! After noticing an issue they took the time to replace a few screws and fix the sliding mechanism. Very appreciative of their thoroughness and professionalism. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Frank and his team helped get our sofa into the living room by removing the front window. We were amazed how quick it was! No damage done to the window and they even helped set up the newbsofa. Communication was good and they arrived exactly when we needed them.

Fabulous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. Recently moved into a new house with the living room on the first floor, and my sofa wouldn’t fit up the stairs; these guys sorted it within minutes without batting an eyelid. Can’t recommend Frank and Adrian highly enough, the whole process has been seamless from the initial phone call to removal of the sofa. Very friendly and professional. They were very careful with the sofa and inside the house at all times. Can’t believe they managed to get the sofa out over a high garden wall and on to a shed over the other side and then down on to the ground. They made it look easy! Great job!

After driving myself crazy thinking there was absolutely no way my bulky sofa was going to get into my new flat, the team reassured us they'd be able to do it after asking for a few details and got us booked in for the next working day.

Not only did they manage it, but they made it look effortless. On top of that, the guys who did it were super friendly, punctual and immediately made us feel at ease that they'd be able to do what we thought would be an impossible task.
