Comfy, friendly, fast!
Bought a sofa on the Friday, there was a 5 weeks estimated wait time on the website. I received a call on Wednesday to say that it was being delivered Saturday, only 8 days!
I went for the Fratti in brown, it’s very comfy and great for lounging.
Delivery was good, they had to deliver up 3 flights of stairs and did not complain! Very friendly staff that had a chat and a joke with us.
Overall would definitely recommend and will look to get a sofa from them in the future!

I absolutely love my new ivory Tignes Sofa!! It looks fabulous and is HUGE & really comfy. I was a little sceptical about ordering from an online company that I’ve never used before but after seeing lots of reviews and posts on Instagram I decided to give it a go. The service has been excellent throughout. Customer service was very responsive. Delivery exactly when they said it would be and set up quickly and very tidily in my new room. Would highly recommend to anybody and the price was great too.

Absolutely stunning sofa, The Harmony! So happy, excellent customer service and the delivery team were respectful and helpful. All packaging removed and sofa put it place. Would highly recommend buying a sofa from SofaandFriends. Excellent!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sofas and Friends.
A huge thank you to Rad, who went above and beyond to make sure my sofa reached me as quickly as possible. I received it in less than 48 hours, which completely exceeded my expectations!
Claire was amazing too. She was so patient and helpful while I was choosing the right sofa and colour. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her advice made the whole process so much easier.
And of course, a massive thank you to Saif and Zaheer for the delivery. They were friendly, professional, and took great care bringing everything in. They really are a credit to the company.
As for the sofa… wow!Beautiful Tignes in Mocha!!!🤎💯I’m absolutely in love with it. It’s even more beautiful in person, the quality is outstanding, and it’s worth every single penny. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I ordered from this company and it is absolutely gorgeous, such a firm beautiful soft fabric sofa, couldn't be more happy, I contacted them on whats appba few times asking questions and they where so quick and friendly to respond, from start to finish, the deliver says within 14 days ours came within a week, delivered and put together by the delivery drivers, I'm honestly over the moon, everyone has commented on how beautiful the new sofa is, I'm very pleased so thank you.

Amazing quality sofa
Amazing quality sofa, extremely happy with it, I am obsessed!! Very comfy, and the delivery was fantastic. Lovely, kind friendly men, called me to tell me the day before an estimated time, then called me 1 hour before arrival. Then were super quick, then put it all together for me and didn’t need to lift a finger. Also gave me aftercare advice to care for the sofa. Would 100% buy from you in the future. Was delivered in 10 days from purchase.
