Jason firstly listened to what I wanted to achieve, and what I already knew. This is where most IT support services fall at the first hurdle-not so for softext. Jason then went on to solve a very tricky problem with ACT sync to Outlook calendar not giving up until we had a fully working system. Feels great to have someone to call on who cares about what they are doing and not just batting out the minimum. Fantastic Job - Highly recommended service.
