We had Rob come to our office and deliver ACT! CRM training to 4 members of staff. Training was clear, concise, informative and engaging. Not only did Rob ensure everyone understood, he also explained how ACT! is relevant to our company procedures, each individual job roll and adapted the system to accommodate those uses effectively. An excellent service and one that will ensure that moving forwards we are using the system to its full potential.
