Solar Style Distributions Opiniões

I was kept informed of progress and visits throughout the order and fitting process.
Appointment times were adhered to.
All trade people, reps and office staff have been polite and helpful.
All in all a good experience.
All systems are working and I am just waiting for paperwork.

The three men who came explained everything they were going to do, got the job done and cleared all rubbish away when finished. Highly recommend.

From start to finish I have been impressed with Solar Style. I engaged five companies as part of my research and only Solar Style (Stuart) visited to discuss our requirements. All five companies provided different options all with very different costs. Over a period of weeks Stuart answered our many questions, some of which we asked a number of times. Stuart showed nothing but respect, kindness, patience and knowledge. At the start of this process we knew the bare basics about solar but through the quality of engagement we learned enough to make an informed decision. The installation Teams were outstanding from scaffolders to electricians to roofers. All work was professionally done, tidy and all cleared up. All workmen were respectful and kind. Unbeknown to us we had a wasp nest on the roof both the scaffolders and roofers offered to deal with it. The system is up and working with no problems. We love it!

Very good service from the team

Good Service

It’s 6. Months since my solar batteries were installed. I was very impressed with the installation itself, the job was done quickly and efficiently and I think my garage was left tidier than they found it.
I have just had my first full FIT reading and payment and am delighted with the saving the batteries have made.

The solar panel (10) extension I had installed in September 2024 was done in less than 2 days and is working effectively now! It was installed by excellent professionals!

Excellent job, The staff were knowledgeable, did a
brilliant job and were really helpful. Really glad we got the panels as we are making money with the solar panels. Would really recommend them - in fact, I already have.

They did exactly what they promised to do. Arriving on the correct day, at the agreed hour, the whole system even though it was complicated, it was all done, clean and tidy, and left my house at 4pm as promised.
Polite, courteous and clean.
I would recommend this company 101% to anybody

We had two installations by Solarstyle and both went well. However, a failure with part of one of the installations took an age to fix and now it appears that the information given by solar style for the MCS certificate is incorrect. In both cases when trying to contact Solar style I get no response especially via their email.

Only had panels for a few days but so far so good and can see the benefits in our electric bill straight away. Installation was quick and easy, the installation team were great, friendly, informative and left no mess. Stuart our sales man was also informative, has stayed in contact with us and has been very helpful. Would recommend Solar Style Distributions.

I contacted Solar Style 3 months ago about a fault which had developed on my Solar I-boost, which was causing the mains switch on the RCD to trip, thereby cutting off electricity to the upstairs of my property. A neighbour who is an electrician isolated the Solar I-boost so that I could have the electricity reconnected to the rest of my house.
I contacted you to ask whether you could replace the Solar I-boost or whether this was something I would have to arrange myself, and since then I have been unable to get any response from you. All I have been told is that you have contacted Marlec (the manufacturers of the I-boost) by email but have had no reply. I phoned again today and was told that you have sent another email to Marlec, but that you do not follow up on emails which go unanswered.
This leaves me in the position of not knowing what action to take next.
If Marlec do not reply, and you do not follow this up, where does that leave me? I just feel as if I am being fobbed off, and of course I am now in the position where I am unable to get any hot water from the solar surplus or from the immersion heater.
All I want is a definite answer one way or another as to whether you can assist me with this repair.

After getting a new bt hub we found could not to connect to the Fox cloud. We contacted Solar style distributions and spoke to Ghania Ahmed she was so helpful and knowledgeable and has now resolved our problem thank you

We originally bought solar panels and a few years later batteries and then added another battery. All the Solar Style staff from sales men through to the installation teams were knowledgeable polite and courteous always came up with a good deal.
The fitting teams worked efficiently and cleanly taking all the packaging and other rubbish away with them.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again should we need to get anything more.

Excellent service all completed in one day, the scafolders arrived first erected 2 sets of scaffolding followed by the panel installers and followed again by the electricians, hey presto up and working.
Now in receipt of the nessesssry paper work, very satisfied

Solar Style Distributions provided an excellent service. We were informed of and included in every aspect of the installation of our solar panel system and new roof. Right from the salesman to the installer, competency and efficiency were obvious. Stu was exceptionally helpful and his friendliness, clarity and passion were what led us to make our decision to proceed with Solar Style. Thank you for a hassle-free experience, we’ll be recommending you to everyone we know looking into solar panels. 5 stars.

Sorted out the issue as quickly as could be expected.

Excellent from sales to completion.
Solar panels installed nearly a year now and no problems to date.

Excellent company with very good after sales service, very professional team.

The installers were very polite and professional, they informed us all along what they were doing. I would recommend Solar style to others. Everything works good
