I had solar panels installed into my property. Didn’t have much information regarding it and was unsure. SolarTherm was recommended to me by a friend of mine and as soon as I spoke Dan I knew it was the right company to deal with from the staff in the office Hillary or Lilly to the installers. Great service all round highly recommend this company since I did my home. I’ve had other properties done as well.

The quality of the battery and inverter installation was very good, but owing to time pressures on the installers I felt I had not been given an adequate briefing before their departure. This omission was however dealt with efficiently by the sales team.

From day 1 the company have been very informative and nothing has been too much trouble. Rob Mallon is very helpful and able to answer any questions however small. His office staff are also very good and are able to help. Installation of my battery add on for my panels went smoothly and the engendre was very good anda crecer to the company.
I would certainly recommend Solartherm UK Ltd to everyone.

This is the second time I have instructed Solartherm. Having had a great experience with this firm at our last house, it was a no brainer to go to them again at our new property. If anything the whole experience was even better than the last from the design phase right through to commisioning. The installation team put in an incredibly long day without complaint and I was very grateful for their attention to detail and common sense approach. I can't recommend them enough and am delighted with both the service and product.

Having had my solar panels for 4 years now, I recently had to contact the company regarding a small item which I needed and they were very helpful in supplying the details I required.
I can highly recommend SolarTherm, and the installation team were superb. Everything works extremely well.

Very good coordination between specialist areas. From the start they were helpful and were able to answer my questions. Unlike some of their competitors they charged £250 for the survey, while one competitor was free. Nevertheless, their survey was more comprehensive and satisfied my concerns about the structural integrity of the roof. After installation the phone app(lication), to monitor how the system was working, was easy to interpret. Everything was carried out on time to a high standard - most impressive.

From the moment I contacted Solartherm followed by the surveying engeneer and then most of this week until today by the staff installing my 40 solar panels, battery etc all absolutely first class.
Knowledgeable, experienced and polite.
Clearly a company well managed and retaining its staff.

I got several quotes for the solar panels at our new offices and Solartherm were awarded the contract for many reasons .
Initially the surveying engineer was very knowledgeable and assisted on the speciation for our particular requirements. The quote was comprehensive, easy to understand and competitive.
Once the order was placed the project was handled well , the installation engineers competent and finished on schedule in the time allocated , despite poor weather .
Aftersales were attentive and efficient.
Cannot recommend them highly enough .

Well, what can i say....other than that I am super impressed. I worked with a few suppliers and then remembered I had previously had a quote from Solartherm 2-3 years ago so I contacted them again. Nothing but honest advice and also patience with me whilst I wanted to understand everything from the technical side. Their focus was ONLY on the best solution for me and not on overselling like I had experienced elsewhere. The work was completed in a really professional way and I am super pleased with the outcome.

I spoke to a very nice lady over the phone a week ago to get some advise on my battery and solar panels as i was initially going to complain with them not working, i think her name was Sally but she was incredibly nice and helpful

Sally helped me with a complex situation regarding an issue with my panels despite them being out of warranty even though they could have just put the phone down.

They go above and beyond what’s expected so thanks muchly!

I contacted them to get replacement documentation to support the sale of my mums house. Spoke to a very friendly and efficient lady on the front desk who directed me to submit an email query which I did. Despite the installation being over 10 years old Sally was able to quickly (2 working days) find the key document. There was an admin fee for providing that but you expect it for something like this so long ago. One of the documents they were not able to find so I paid for the replacement SCS certificate. When paying, I was chatting to another very polite and helpful lady who answered the phone while Sally was at lunch, and we discussed alternative ways for me to track down the other document. I left that called very pleased with the service but worried about how I could find that other document. Later that same day Sally sent through the SCS certificate but also had tracked down the other document by contacting the regulator and securing a copy for me. No charge for that and not something they said they would do. They just did it. To be helpful! Has made a massive impact at a difficult time with trying to close a sale of a house. Thank you Sally and the front desk team - I expected this to be difficult and time consuming and you made it pleasant, easy and quick!

The engineer Louie was great. My father is quite elderly and a little nervous around strangers. Louie put him at his ease. The job was done extremely quickly and to a very high standard. Louie also checked the inverter for us, as a favour. We were most satisfied

We had solar panels fitted initially back in 2014 by SolarTherm and shortly after had some of them added to and relocated due to an extension being added. Both jobs professionally dealt with. Danny’s team were helpful recently with some aftercare (stone-damaged panel) and we’re now getting battery storage through SolarTherm. Honest, trustworthy company. Highly recommended. Solartherm installed a new solar power inverter for us several years ago, and when our battery stopped working earlier this year, we had no hesitation in asking Solartherm to instal a new battery.

We have always found Solartherm cost effective, professional, and extremely helpful in the after sales process if any help is required. For example, we recently needed help with resetting our password to access the LuxPower app, and Sally was extremely helpful and friendly in resolving this issue for us.

Solartherm installed our solar panels in Summer 2023. The original work and process was excellent. Aftersales service by Sally was friendly thorough and professional. When I had a problem with some of the battery software in January this year, the team were extremely helpful in taking me through the steps to fix it.
