Good friendly staff and helped with…

Good friendly staff and helped with getting into car. Only downside was the lack of communication about when I was ok to collect my item. Other than that no complaints, product as described and working fine….so far lol.

Excellent Service.

Excellent Service.
Ordered washing machine online delivered and fitted within the week.
Unfortunately the washing machine broke down within three weeks of delivery.
Contacted Sonic who came to look at washing machine the next day and agreed to replace with a new one, which was delivered and fitted within the week.

Very helpful I was in and out of the shop in 15 mins the worker explained everything very well chose my tv paid for it and out to top it my tv was delivered the next day I would recommend all my friends and family to sonic direct

Excellent service

Excellent service. Easy ordering over the phone, efficient call handler, no trying to push anything else or taking email address for 'this, that or the other' which many other companies do!! Good instructions regarding delivery and happened as explained. Txt night before with 3 hr slot and phone call half an hour before arrival. Delivery men very efficient and helpful. Also best price. So all told very happy with service.

New LG TV

Order my new LG TV and free sound bar. Was the cheapest place on line . Received several phone calls regarding the delivery
Everything went perfectly.would definitely recommend excellent service.
