Drivers Sandeep and Zulfi delivered me a Bosch dishwasher on 10 April. Delivered on time, removed and took away the packaging as agreed and were a very pleasant, polite and agreeable pair of lads ! My first experience with Sonicdirect, happy to recommend them.

The communication was courteous and proactive when they attempted to contact my landline which has been disabled and look d for alternative method. The delivery was on time and the courier friendly and offered to bring the appliance in side .

The sales assistant who was caused NAZ was very helpful and had extensive product knowledge. She helped us choose the correct washing machine which we are happy with. We are veey grateful to her. We wanted next day delivery which was available and the delivery was on time. The delivery people were very friendly and helpful. They also took the washing machine to the place I needed to go to and also unpacked it.

Good price, quick delivery. A big negative was the product wasn't shipped in the manufactures box, just wrapped in cardboard, which made it feel a bit secondhand.
