Context: Our goal was to use Sortlist as a partner for acquiring international clients.

Situation: We first did a trial, which was okay. Later, we signed a 1-year contract with them.

After working with them for a few months, we started to notice that most of the leads coming to us through Sortlist were OUTSIDE of our prospecting area - in countries where we do not want to have clients due to tax reasons.

We raised several customer support tickets, spoke with our account manager, and nothing happened. We kept receiving useless leads.

After several months... we completed their cancellation request template to cancel the service, which was immediately processed.

HOWEVER, since they did not deliver what was promised to us, we asked for a refund of the credits until the yearly contract ends.

Several days have passed, and we have received no reply (even though we have sent them follow-up messages) from Sortlist regarding the refund of our money.

We were hoping to have a productive business relationship with them, but when problems arose, they disappeared...

Great platform for finding the right marketing agency! Fabulous service, no matter what your inquiry. The navigation between features is sometimes not super intuitive, but okay nonetheless.

I've found the website to be increasingly unreliable and frustrating since end of 2023... I was a service provider for many years, but it now charges significantly more while the quality of leads are low quality/ not real. Despite introducing numerous new features, the service quality has not improved.

Sortlist ist eine Plattform um Kontakt zwischen Auftraggebern und Agenturen herzustellen. Es ist sehr zeitaufwendig sich bei Sortlist detailliert zu präsentieren, vorher wird man gar nicht gelistet. Für die Bewerbung bei Opportunitys muss man eine Provision bezahlen. Eine einmonatige Testphase hat zu 19 Leads geführt. 16 davon komplett unqualifiziert. Von den drei qualifizierten Leads, ist ein Lead Gespräch nicht zustande gekommen, denn obwohl keine Mindest-Mitarbeiterzahl angegeben war, wurde wegen angeblich zu geringer Mitarbeiteranzahl abgelehnt. Für einen Lead wurde eine komplett unverhältnismäßige Vergütung gefordert, schließlich zahlt man für eine Bewerbung nicht für einen Auftrag. Der dritte Lead hat 2x geghostet. Auch hier ist keine Gespräch zustande gekommen. Ich kann nur abraten, es kostet sehr viel Zeit und ob man für das finanzielle Investment irgendetwas zurück bekommt ist sehr fraglich. Der Gipfel ist, dass Sortlist Agenturprofile nicht löschen lässt.
