Schlechte Leads und langsamer Support
Sortlist hat dieselben Probleme wie viele andere Portale dieser Art und zusätzlich noch einen schlechten Support. Was meine ich aber erst einmal mit "dieselben Probleme"? Das Abo im Monat kostet knapp über 100 EUR und dafür bekommt man einen sehr geringen, unregelmäßigen Lead-Flow (ca. 4 bis 5 pro Monat). Das wäre nicht schlimm, wenn die Leads sinnvoll wären. Vom Sortlist-Support als "verkaufsfähige Leads" werden aber auch Angebote eingeschätzt, wie z.B. ein Auftrag zur Webcontent-Erstellung. Auftragsvolumen 300 EUR, Kosten für Bewerbung (mit 4 anderen) 30 EUR. Was soll dieser Quatsch? Von den 4 bis 5 Leads waren immer nur Auftragsvolumina zw. 300 und 1.500 EUR dabei, alle kosteten zw. 15 und 70 EUR. Wohlgemerkt, für eine zeitgleiche Bewerbung mit 4 anderen. Noch dazu haben wir Leads bekommen für Bereiche, zu denen wir explizit keine wollten - z.B. Paid Advertising oder Social Media Marketing. Beides bieten wir als Agentur gar nicht. Abo also gekündigt, aber abgebucht wurde dann trotzdem. Warum? Weiß man nicht. Support wollte sich dem annehmen und den irrtümlich gebuchten, weiteren Monat anschauen. Das ist über 1 Woche her und auf zwei Rückfragen unsererseits gibt es keine Antwort. Insgesamt also ein trauriges Ergebnis...

Fake reviews on Sortlist!
I found fake reviews using my name and my company's name on their site. Obviously they are not to be trusted and desperately need to improve their validation practices.
Reply to Sortlist: Yes, the fact that you can't find my email in your system proves my point. People are leaving FAKE REVIEWS using my name and my company's name (BioBM). The REAL me has never interacted with your company, so why are there reviews using my / my company's name??? Because you allow FAKE REVIEWS! Same for all the other companies I've named.

Perhaps instead of just trying to deny everything you show some accountability. If you google my name and Sortlist you would have readily found the page.

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. After investing considerable time in building out a profile and portfolio and a small amount of money in applying for opportunities on Sortlist, I have concluded it is a complete waste of time. I have not received a single piece of communication from a potential client - are they real?
Any refunds are made in the form of credits. But these credits are worthless as the platform offers no value. Thoroughly disappointed.

Total disappoinment with the platform
Total disappoinment with the platform, I thought it was a good idea of having this platform at start, but it only attracts poor leads for a year, waste time and effort on replying the opportunities where agency need to pay for contacting them in monthly and per opportunity basis, as 95% of them are RFQ or RFP, only reason to keep it is to add one more backlink, but maybe this is not worth on the new charging model anymore. Customer service is also bad, seems like talking to a chatbot, i can imagine what they would reply below already~
One more point, the REFUND is fake, not returning the money, but sortlist credits!!!!!

Voor opdrachtnemers is Sortlist een grote oplichterij, bij elke -mini- stap wordt om extra geld gevraagd, terwijl er anders wordt gecommuniceerd via de contactpersoon bij het bedrijf.
Buiten dat, na het beloven van meerdere zaken, steken ze opvolgend hun kop in het zand en laten ze niks meer van hen horen.
Naast bovengenoemde gebruiken ze meerdere bedrijven die niet eens op hun website staan om new business te genereren zonder toestemming.

Aanbieders bepalen hun investering op basis van de kansen die ze willen benutten of de vermelding die ze willen hebben op onze website.
Er zijn geen verborgen of extra kosten buiten wat is beschreven in onze plannen, die u kunt bekijken op onze website.
Bovendien zijn wij verbaasd over uw opmerking over het genereren van nieuwe zakelijke relaties zonder toestemming. Bij Sortlist hechten we waarde aan ethische bedrijfspraktijken en respecteren we de privacy en toestemming van alle betrokken partijen. Als er sprake is geweest van een misverstand of miscommunicatie op dit gebied, willen we dit graag direct aanpakken.

Des leads de très mauvaise qualité
Des leads de très mauvaise qualité, une prise en otage avec un abonnement d'un an et des conditions de remboursement à la limite du vol. Je suis très mécontent du service. J'ai payé un abonnement + plusieurs milliers d'euros d'accès à des leads. Systématiquement les clients n'étaient pas présents aux rendez-vous et j'ai du les rappeler plusieurs fois pour m'entendre dire qu'il n'avait pas le temps d'en parler maintenant.
