I’ve ordered twice and both times the service has been excellent, quick updates for dispatch and even thank you emails. Delivery has been prompt and the quality of the clothing is fantastic. Wash them on the recommended label settings and you should have no issue with running or bobbling.

Really great designs and great fit. I especially liked the recycled long sleeve that I bought. However, after washing two of these T-shirt’s for the first time (both black on a dark wash, low temp) the prints started to come off and scattered white dots all over the tops. I’d just expect better quality like Hobo Jack (that have survived 2 years of washing and the quality has barely faced at all).

Excellent Products and good fit, postage slow and customer service seems to be non existent. Asked a simple question over messenger about arrival time and got a automated reply to email company, I emailed on the 8 & 9/9/20 but had no reply, I checked my spam/junk folders but nothing, and still waiting, the only emails I'm getting are about present sales. Order placed 29/8/20 recieved update on 4/9/20 as shipment on the way, arrived 11/9/20 but I wasn't in, so collected 13/9/20. It does put you off buying more products, when you try to support small/family run business's and they can't offer the same support back to their customer's.

T-Shirt nice quality, but the heart emblem started to fade off after 2 washes. Have emailed company but recieved no reply, which had stopped me from buying more.

The colours seem washed out and not as bright and vibrant as they appeared in the adverts. The quality of the T Shirt is fantastic as are the designs . Happy overall but the product would be been better if the colours were more vivid.

I've purchased many tshirts now from SOS. The designs are amazing and the actual quality of the t-shirt are fantastic. I've been buying these t-shirts for over a year now and even the oldest ones I have still look and fit as good as new.
As long as SOS keep making them, I'll keep buying them!

It’s a shame. I’ve had some products which have lasted and look good. But more recent orders have been such poor quality. Design coming off after one wash.

When getting in touch with customer services their tone and wording basically insinuates I’m washing the items wrong as it’s IMPOSSIBLE for them to have poor quality items.

Then being told to send the items back for inspection and their inspection results are final. Which basically means “send the items back (pay for postage yourself) and we will just say nothing wrong with them because our products are clearly perfect”

The whole tone and attitude from customer service is just infuriating. Very cocky, condescending and just overall unprofessional.

Yes they offered to inspect the items. But it’s obvious they would find no fault. Either way I’m paying for goods that are just poor quality.

I expect a condescending reply to try and make me look like an idiot to this Trustpilot tbh. As that seems to be their style when getting negative reviews.

Defiantly a shame as something has changed in their printing process or something as newer designs are just terrible.
