easy to navigate

The screen was missing on booking
The screen was missing on booking, so I had to find a number to recognise your booking to finish. Had to call to get the FO booking ref over to Fred Olsen to enter passport details, etc.All very complex .Needed 6 calls , Wish I had booked with FO.

My family has particular needs on a cruise and Carolyn went to exceptional lengths to get the right cruise and stateroom that would suit our requirements.
