I hadn’t dealt with the Southampton Cruise centre before but I’m glad I did. There was lovely, friendly voice called Jaqueline who took my call. She has been so patient throughout the whole booking process. Nothing was too much trouble. She had answers to all my queries and questions. We laughed a little and it added to making the booking so pleasant & easy to organise. Everything was explained clearly and she reassured me at the end of the call, should I have any questions to get back in touch. A fabulous booking experience. Thank you.

Through my concern I am writing this to give my experience about very first time. I’ve booked a cruise online it was seamless no problem. It was the guy who spoke to Lee as the top guy top man anything answer questions with answers practical truthful honestly I spoke to him in the morning. Two hours later. I’m paying for my cruise excellent would do it again. Will do well done Southampton cruise Centre Big tap on the back the girls as good as a booking on my all day, I will be back thank you, Glen Cockbill.

Last minute booking
Wanted a holiday at the spur of the moment due to commitments else where. Phoned them, discussed options which were limited due to time constraints. Managed to book a cruise very close to what we wanted and sailing in two weeks time. Excellent service from Carolyn at the Southampton Cruise Centre.
