ordered some clothes a week ago and received an email 5 days ago saying the order was complete - the clothes still haven't arrived, the website is now "down for maintenance", their telephone number on google leads you to another shop and they dont respond to email. awful service.
I ordered 6 shits for embroidery. It was a super start. But the shits were not on stock. So they contacted me, so they could change the order to another shirt. Great service.
But the great service stops here. They send the shirts to the embroider. And after 14 days I contacted them, to get at status on the shirts. No response. 2 days later at contacted then again. Then I got at response: The embroider was closet for holyday. The shirts could not be don right now. A week later the product was still not ready. Now a week later again the order is ready (Or not). When the goods was received the first time, all the shirts was not there (they didn’t see this before now, at the shipment). Now a month since the order they could confirm that the order was ready, but not the 2 shirts, which they now have to order, and get to the embroider, before I have them.
So to recap. Not a place I’m going to order shirts from again. I can’t believe the way they run their Business, and how they can be that unserious about there customers
