Recently ordered some gas cannisters for my weed burner.Ordered late on a Friday evening and goods were delivered on Tuesday.Follow up email from sportsden to check I had received items which impressed me a lot .I would not hesitate to recommend this company for online shopping

Hi just to say I order a Champion helmet recently and had a prompt delivery today . Also got an email to say expected delivery time which I much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Sportsden.ie .

I'm generally not a fan of online shopping, but I couldn't find the jacket I wanted locally. The level of service received from Sportsden was outstanding - ordered and delivered within 24 hrs...

Fantastic store just got portable gas stove and 4pack gas cans for workshop or power outages at just fab price. Fast delivery and great prices. Worth 5 star.

The item I received was definitely not as described. The "shooting stick with detachable ground plate" had a permanently fixed plate, making it of minimal use for my purposes. When I phoned they were polite and willing to refund me, but only with my time and expense in the postage. I had already spent a lot of time looking for this item for an urgent need so it was very upsetting.

I ordered a pair of walking shoes which, although correct size, wouldn't fit. Rang company who organised DPD to deliver a larger size the following day and to take back the other pair.

Falsely claim to have stock on website and take money from you and then order it after your money has been debited.

Took 2 months to NOT receive a dog coat. Worst internet shopping experience of my life.

They need to update stock on their website as OUT OF STOCK when they do not have it. Taking money from customers for items they do not physically have just to give them the run around is absolutely unacceptable.

I placed an order late on 23rd March (after 10.30) and my package arrived in Cork this morning.... super service from SportsDen. Tracking number was sent straight away once my items were pancaked and it was easy to see where my package was at each stage. All items were nicely packaged and were really good prices when compared with other sites selling the same items (Barbour jacket) Really happy with the service overall and the range of items available online. Would highly recommend and will be buying from sportsden again.

Customer service above and beyond. I bought a hat as a gift for Christmas and found it was too big, the shop could not have been more helpful in ensuring I got the right hat in the right size. They accepted two returns in my efforts to get the right fit with no complaints, gave great advice and help along the way. Couldn't fault them, so helpful, I ended up buying boot dryers too. Will certainly be a returning customer.

I am an exceedingly fussy customer. I'm not a big shopper and tend to know, or, to a fault, think I know exactly what I want before engaging with a shop. I rang Sportsden yesterday looking for a particular boot that I thought would work best. While Sportsden had it, they were able to tell me about another brand they thought would fit my particular needs better. The two brands were both in stock and cost the same. I rang off and did a bit of internet research, and decided they were probably right. I rang back and ordered, and the boots arrived the next day, by DPD, with a predicted time of arrival. Extremely nice, knowledgeable, and efficient service. I had spent hours the day before having very bad experiences elsewhere (staff with no knowledge, staff pretending to know more than they did, and one truly scary episode with a scam, highly convincing outfit called Hunterireland--avoid at all costs and tell your friends), so Sportsden was a huge pleasure. I will use them again. Highly recommend.

DPD lost my original package & order, but this problem, which wasn't Sportsden's fault, was dealt with efficiently, promptly & professionally. I loved my products when I received them, which was very quickly after contacting Sportsden. I would shop here again. Very good customer service.

Super service. Emailed to check if a jacket I was interested in was in stock. Simon replied within 10 minutes. I ordered at 15:30 on Monday and my jacket arrived at 11:20 the following morning. Will definitely use again.
