Customer experience has so far been fantastic. I'm new to the 3d printing world so just threw a question into my order about exposure times for a printer not listed on the material I could find. Sure enough, a day or so after I place my order they actually added a note to it to address my question and left me at a wonderful starting point. For those curious, Mars 3 Pro and they suggested 2.8s exposure times as a starting point. My personal printer has been needing about .2 or .3 more than other recommended resin times so I started at 3s and it's been great for me. Also, I love the atlas test print model.

I got my resin fast and ontime. Also it pretty good resin.

I bought 2 bags of vulcan resine the first one, 80% ended up in the trash because it was inpossible to print with. Models were full of cracks, i had to contact customer support and wss told: oh sorry this is pur first batch and it was tested at a temperature over 40 degree celsius, but nowjere else could i find that information. I ended up printing at 2 times the exposition time as other resin.
Tried to give them a second chance and bought another bag now that the resin was dialed in... well while shaking the bag to stirr the resin, the handle unglued itself and resin ended up everywhere, even in my hair! I contacted support about it because it was really dangerous, it coul've land in my eyes plus 1\4 of the bag was lost in the ripping of the bag. Never got an answer from support.

As for the models they sell you with coins. I agree that you will end up not spending most of them if you already have other studio stls... atlas stls are pretty much all pinups that end up on the border of porn which personnally is not something i look for.

I decided to try this resin after seeing feedback on Discord and the way Atlas people interacted with others on the OPR Discord server.

Very prompt delivery. The bonus stl files and UV flashlight were great! Haven't had a chance to try the resin yet.

This is top tier resin! I have dropped models, they have been pinned without chipping, and have held up so well!!!

Package was damaged in transit, as soon as Atlas found out they sent a replacement.

Vulcan resin is great! Very strong. Also love the packaging.

So first is the coin. I get it, you collect money up front for credits to be used later. Unused credits mean unused money in your pocket. Maybe this is to not deal with exchange rates, but it feels scammy. I’m not saying it’s a scam! I’m saying it’s the same feeling when using the system. I never purchased anything before (didn’t even browse much) because I immediately recognized the inevitability of my money not being used 100% (having one or more coins left over). Disney doesn’t even do Disney Bucks anymore, a small group of modelers shouldn’t either. I took advantage of a free offer, and that’s likely where my experience with purchasing from Atlas ends.

Next is selection. The art is very nice, but you’re missing striking a chord in me. It’s not a criticism, I’m only pointing out that the variety could use some expansion. I’m into fantasy but more masculine themes. I found it difficult to find something I really wanted to paint.

EDIT: I never implied you were robbing people or intended to. Converting money to a symbolic representation and using that representation to purchase simply means people will be left with your coins, which leaves their money on the table. It’s a result of such systems, simple as that.

Also a note to future readers, I didn’t ask for a refund or any compensation. This review is one of dissatisfied using the site and browsing goods. Buy as much as you want from these guys, I’m not suggesting you do otherwise.

I am unable to find, anywhere, even an estimated window for delivery of my order. Is a little frustrating. However, after a quick chat with a rep (email response in just a few hours!! AMAZING!) and was informed that shipping was done through amazon and was provided the information. Top marks to everyone who made my order happen! If their was a notice about shipping fulfillment, I did not see it, Perhaps consider making that more prominent on the seller page?

STL's look awesome and though I have yet to get them printed yet, the files on the slicer look like they will print extremely well. I had no warnings of errors, missing pieces, or anything of the sort.

Excellent product, speedy delivery, i love the packaging if the resin. Will definitely purchase here again.

I had an issue downloading the files, Atlas solved my issue same day. Via email communication as well! Absolutely stellar customer service.
