Horrendous company, avoid at all costs. I was sold a Three Business contract through them and never received the SIM card. I've been paying for a contract I have never used and I've been trying to cancel it for almost 2 years now. They do not return my phone calls and will not respond to emails.

Warning: Deceptive sales tactics, unauthorized charges, and a nightmare to escape.

I know this review sounds crazy—like something that couldn't happen with a major company. But every word is true. I even recorded our customer service calls (using their own disclaimer against them) and I may still have the salesman's original notes. This happened a few years ago, but I’m posting this now because T-Mobile is still attempting to collect money they aren't owed.

The Setup:
It started with Sprint salesmen at my door offering a plan for $55/month + $22 for the phone. I was skeptical. I told them straight up: "I’m with Cricket paying a flat $55. Verizon burned me before with hidden fees, and I am not doing that again."

I grilled them. I asked repeatedly: "Are there taxes on top? Hidden service fees?" They swore up and down there were no hidden fees. To prove it, they put their boss on the phone. I asked him point-blank: "Are you going to add taxes or fees?" He told me explicitly: "No. We don't do that. What we say is what you pay."

The Trap:
It was not true. My first bill wasn't $77; it was nearly $170. This was a massive violation of what they promised.

I went to the store to cancel. The salesman there acted like he was calling customer service to help me, but he wouldn't let me talk to them—I suspect he was pretending. He eventually told me I couldn't cancel without penalty, but assured me the high bill was just "first-month fees" and that it would drop to the promised price next month. I left frustrated, having no option but to hope he was telling the truth.

The Reality:
The bill never dropped.
They charged me those ridiculous hidden fees and taxes on every single bill. The "flat rate" promise was a lie every single month.
When I tried to leave after Year 1, I found out they had automatically renewed my contract for another year without my consent.

When the 12-month mark passed, I asked why the phone payment hadn't stopped (as promised). That is when they told me—for the first time ever—that the phone lease was actually 18 months, not 12. This was never disclosed to me and must have been buried in the fine print of the fine print.

The Unauthorized Charge:
I gritted my teeth and stayed the extra 6 months to finish the phone payments. At month 18, I paid the termination fee for the remaining service just to escape. I thought I was finally free and owned the phone.

Then came the worst part. They refused to unlock the device and demanded nearly $800 to release it, claiming I didn't own it. When I refused to pay for a phone I’d already paid for, they processed a completely unauthorized charge on my bank account for the full $800.
I had to threaten a bank chargeback and a police report to get them to reverse the transaction.

I mailed the phone back just to end the nightmare. Now, T-Mobile has the phone AND the money I paid to break the contract, yet they are still sending me to collections. Be very careful with this company.

Fraud Company

They scammed me about 6 months ago, a lady called me mentioned that she is calling from 3 network and my both contracts are running out. She confirmed me exact date and my personal details. I was a customer with 3 network nearly for 15 years and I agreed to extend my both contracts.
Then she sent me two new sim cards and contract documents. After 2 months I have realised that 3 network is charging me other than these new two contracts. I called 3 network and checked these new contracts. However 3 network did not know even this ‘Sprint’ name.
I have contacted Sprint and made a compline and requested to cancel this fraud contracts. They took long time to reply and refused to terminate. Now I am paying for 4 sim contracts (2 original contracts with 3 network and 2 fraud contracts with Sprint). I called and emailed Sprint many times, however they did not respond me at all and they’re ignoring me. I emailed them called them nothing happens.
I did not use their new 2 sim cards at all far last 6 months, but I need to make these monthly payments for 3 years. I am willing to seek some legal advice on this case.

I recieved a horribale service from this company.

This is a scam… These guys don’t deserve a 1 star.

FRAUDULENT company.

FRAUDULENT company.
Renewed contracts without our consent, then demanded to o2 that we pay £1300 to cancel the contracts.
I contact them direct who tell me we don't have a contract with them.
After threatening to cancel the direct debit and let them chase us for payment they found we are with them and now awaiting a call to settle it

Excellent Service Highly Recommend!
I had such a great experience with Sprint Communications. Marco, the agent who helped me, was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely understanding. It’s rare to find a company that truly listens to the customer instead of trying to upsell like many others do. I’m very glad I took the call the whole process was smooth and stress-free. One of the best companies I’ve dealt with for phone contracts. Highly recommended!

PLEASE READ BEFORE AGREEING ANYTHING…

PLEASE READ BEFORE AGREEING ANYTHING WITH SPRINT

Just to put you in the picture, and also to make you aware of sprint and their underhanded methods of getting your money, which coincidentally also puts you in a bad way with your credit report.
I was recently contacted by a pleasant young Indian man asking me to take out an additional business line with them, even though I had asked them previously to never again call me after numerous previous calls. The man assured me that he was in fact calling me from 3 directly, this was lie number (1). Anyway after some discussion, we agreed that he would send me a new SIM card and my current number would be transferred directly to 3, also that they would arrange everything from their end, this was lie number (2). Quite happy and safe in the knowledge that I was only dealing with 3 directly, that all my dealings would be in the one place I was beginning to warm to this Charlatan. I was even told that I would be able to upgrade to a new phone in the future, this was lie number (3). In my ignorance of being conned I decided to take up his broadband offer which included 1 month free and 1 month cooling off period, these were lies numbers (4+5). Anyway as it now stands, I have 2 different business accounts, 2 different dates for payments, there is no first moth free and no cooling off period on the broadband as I was assured. My first bill is for £46 for less than a month of use, which I find quite remarkable as a full month should cost, including vat only £39. My other bill is my regular bill, which is £15 to be paid 6 days earlier. I should also tell you that the first time sprint contacted me this year, (my now unavoidable regular number) they also claimed to be 3 direct and at no time ever in either conversation was the name sprint mentioned, “NEVER”. I feel it's my duty to point out that anyone receiving an offer from THREE, should have them Iidentify themselves as a three employee and email you proof of their employment before taking up any offer. I was repeatedly assured both times that I was dealing directly with 3 and this was most definitely not the case.
Anytime you try resolving a problem with 3 you are referred back to sprint, who in turn are only too happy to refer you back to 3. I have also wasted so much time waiting for promised call backs (X3) that never came. I would also like to add that since I've been with sprint/3 that I haven't been able to access any of my bills or payments either online or by mail.

They will promise you a call back, that never comes. You will call them again and be promised a call back that again never comes. This is the strength of the people that you are dealing with.

I now have the joy of going back to my previous provider, re ordering 2 new SIM cards, 2 new pack codes, blocking 3 from my bank, returning the broadband router, contacting the office of fair trading and having a default on my credit report all so that sprint can make money from unsuspecting, gullible idiots like myself.

Should anyone else have encountered the same scamming and treatment then please contact me as I will be looking at taking some legal action.

Extremely disturbed that this company…

Extremely disturbed that this company had access to the name of my current provider. I have not given the information out to anyone. I was bamboozled by their Rep, and they sent me an invoice for £58 under the guise of Three for services/costs I have not incurred as I sent their hub and sim cards back to them by return post.
I believe their access to the name of my current provider may be in breach of GDPR.

These guys don't even deserve a 1star. Had an emergency where my daughter got hospitalized they kept nagging me with texts and phone calls as I couldn't send the payment it time. Only reason they stopped was because I had enough and screamed on the phone asked full full amount and sent the following week. Stay FAR AWAY from the crooks. They have no empathy for people and are nothing but Keyboard Warriors that they probably imported and pay below minimum wage.
By far the worst experience I've ever dealt with in my life

I am beyond furious with this cell…

I am beyond furious with this cell phone store. I invested $450,000, expecting a solid partnership, but all I got was mismanagement, excuses, and missing funds.

At first, everything seemed promising, but soon profits didn’t add up, unexpected expenses appeared, and my concerns were ignored. When I tried to withdraw my investment, they threw in hidden fees, delays, and endless excuses. Customer service was useless, and my so-called partners refused responsibility.

Thankfully, the name in my bio helped me recover what I lost. Without them, I would have been left with nothing.

This store is a disaster—poor management, zero accountability, and impossible withdrawals. Stay away unless you want to lose your hard-earned money.

Sprint credit is lame sucka

Sprint credit is lame sucka! Takes them days to get back to you. Only to tell you that you're declined. Guess what dumb dumb. People that are financially stable don't get payday loans. It's us . Ones going through rough times. Yes I bounced a couple of checks. That's why I come to you at high interest. That's your market dumb dumb. The guy with good credit doesn't come to you. And believe me, in this economy, it only takes 1 or 2 rough paychecks for 90% of the population. Am I bitter? Not now that I got that off my chest. Good day!

Do not do any business with Sprint or…

Do not do any business with Sprint or T-Mobile. Sprint robbed me of over 500.00 dollars. When attempting to get a refund I was lied to several times. Calling customer service is the most painful task anyone can do in a day. Every time you call, you have to start your story all over again and the wait times can be astronomical. Are they not taking any notes about the 30 times I have had to call call? And dozens of attempts later, still not resolved. With a company this large, you think they would be obligated to refund their customers with money that was wrongfully charged/billed. Months of calling and getting transferred from one customer service rep to another, I have been left with nothing but wasted time and a bank account that is short over 500.00. They have even admitted their mistake in overcharging me but still no resolution. Please don't waste your time and money. If there are any issues you will be promised everything and anything, but you most likely will be left with frustration and regrets. I have always been friendly and kind and always paid my bills on time for years. But to them that doesn't matter. They would rather lose a customer than resolve a wrong doing. To this company, YOU DON'T MATTER. What a shame. I am looking for assistance on how to file a formal complaint or but of course SPRINT and TMOBILE are not assisting with that either. Even after acknowledging that they made a mistake in overcharging me for hundreds of dollars.

Just avoid t mibile…

Sprint customer service is by far ine of the worst experiences of my life, from lieing and double talk to being about completely usless, I tried to change my carriers over 2 months ago, took 8 phone calls , they refused to give my my account number , fail to cancel my scheduled payment making me pay in advance to port over numbers, ended up double billing me and bouncing my checking account, I have spoken to them 6btimes about my refund ( that I still have not received) now that the refund has supposedly been shipped they sent to an old address even though I have confirmed my current address multiple times and sprint and t mobile have shipped items to my current address and paperwork. They have proven through 12 hours of phone calls to be the most worthless group of of underhanded cheats I've even dealt with!!!

Unhappy with Sprint overall

Unhappy with Sprint overall. I reached out multiple times to the customer service to have my phone unlocked. They kept saying they had but they hadn't unlocked the phone due to which I had to pay extra money to a third party to get the phone unlocked. They were not at all helpful and wasted months of my time, money and energy. I wouldn't recommend them as their customer service is bad.
