More than once I have heard about customers being terminated with no recourse. Their reasons on each count were that the customer broke the TOS. Bottom line if you believe that something is to good to be true, it is. I have little faith that this organization will even be able to honor a 1 or 3 year agreement.

Even though unlike GCP you cant directly control the Firewall rules and such, that can be done manually through ufw directly on the VPS.

The pricing is the most competitive and one of the best.

Looking at all the positive reviews here, either I'm terribly unlucky and have stumbled upon a completely broken server, or the other reviews are fakes.

The fact is that the promised performance is not there at all. A simple wordpress on their monster vps will not have a TTFB of less than 2 seconds.

Even the ssh login is abnormally slow.

In short, run away, there are plenty of much healthier and no more expensive alternatives.

I like SSD Nodes to supplement my AWS EC2s, for some workhorse VPS's and even for a self managed Kubernetes Test Clusters. Network/memory/nvme disk work fine, I plan to balance my AWS/Azure needs with SSD Nodes when its appropriate.

Affordable and plenty of resources

SSDNodes offers plently of RAM, cores and storage for one of the best prices I have found so far after much search.

I have also benchmarked my VMs with PassMark and the cores are real, their single thread performance corresponds to cpubenchmark.net.

Also, the support is pretty fast and has so far helped me in everything I needed.

So far I'm satisfied with the service. I haven't stressed the server yet, and my traffic is still very small but I've felt the server responding very well.

Probably the best hosting service out there by a long shot, prices are low and affordable. Their servers are often unloaded and therefore VPSs' that require more power are given more when needed, the processing power is shared! This has helped my business grow tremendously, instead of going down when the servers are stressed, we're given more power to work with, for free!

I am relative new costumer of SSD Nodes, and so far as been a good experience.

I've switched several vps from Contabo VPS SSD 8vcores to SSD Nodes 8vCores, choosed the Performance VPS with NVME and I can tell you the performance results are litle bit lower compared with Contabo, but marginal, so that's why I am not giving 5 starts review. I was expecting more eps and disk speed.

Regarding costumer service, they deserve a 5 stars review. In the first weeks I have raised several tickets because of performance issues and they were all addressed really fast. In my case I had to switch all VPS to a specific location to have better ping/latency with my costumers and also to have best EPS/disk write speed.

So as you can see this a honest review.

In my case I have paid 1 year advanced all the vps, and I will save lots of money compared with Contabo that is already known as a cheap provider, and I have almost the same results, all my services are now running completly fine, happy costumer.

So, if you see a good promotion, try it for yourself, and they have a policy of 30 days money back guarantee!

I have been a customer for SSD nodes for a few months now. All I can tell is a positive experience. Sure there are things that can get better, but for the value and quality, I can't complain.

Another plus is, I created a few tickets so far and they're immediately addressed. I had no issues with customer support.

Bear in mind that you have to take care of the server yourself. This is not PaaS.

1. Server setup went smoothly after opening account, website setup steps easy to follow.

2. A big selling point for my decision to self-host with SSD Nodes is their offer that renewals after the initial 3-year signup will be at the same price. And the features for the price are very attractive.

3. No problems or hiccups so far.

4. I found their blog articles and tutorials to be helpful.

My use case is as a self-hoster for personal use only.

I have had several services with SSD Nodes, and I am satisfied with them so far. Response to tickets has been timely, and you can't beat the price for what they offer. I recently signed up for 3 years on the X-Large plan.

I've had a VPS running for well over a year now and it has been a five star experience. Support is fast and helpful. I would defiantly recommend you give them a try.

I've Been There for One Year, Paid Upfront... Worst error in My Life EVER...

In the First Month, even following all security Measures given by SSD Nodes, we were Hacked at least 03 Times.

Customer Always asking why our website was down, emails not working, a very very frustating situation.

At last we discovered that the Link Provider had Hackers that were sniffing a range of IPs which included SSD Nodes IPs, so together our IPs... And with some brute force technics they had figured out how to enter on SSD node VPS, our VPS... ALL BECAUSE THEY DONT GIVE A SH****T TO HAVE A FIREWALL ON THE BOARD OF THEIR LINK PROVIDER

Never Trust your company core operation to Bunch of Nonsense!

The quality of their service is horrible. The support will NEVER fix something for you. They will give excuse after excuse DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!

I have had 3 VPSs with SSD Nodes for over a year. I've had zero major problems, and only a few minor problems that were immediately addressed through contacting support.

I see a some negative reviews that suggest the positive ones are fake. I think the reverse is true. The negative ones are fake. Part of the reason I believe this is I have owned VPSs, dedicated servers and shared hosting accounts since 2012. I've purchased a few lemons, so I recognize the hallmarks of bad service, providers that are here today and gone soon after. I see none of these warning signs with SSD Nodes.

I unreservedly recommend them if you need a bigger VPS with a lot of resources, and you can sign up for a longer term.

I've been with SSDNodes.com for over 4 years using the same VPS without any major issues, just recently had a issue that I couldn't figure out what was going on so I raised a support ticket with them and after a very quick response we were able to determine it was the node I was on at the DC so they very quickly moved my VPS to another node in the same DC and it was backup and running within minutes, now its been over a week without a single issue. I couldn't be happier with the price, performance and especially with the support I have received over the years with SSDNodes.com

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Most of the positive reviews here are fake or posted immediately while the performance still holds up. Do not trust them.
