Made an order paid for express shipping
Waited around 2 weeks and emailed them to ask where my items were, they apologise and looked into it and then I heard nothing. When it was approaching a whole amount of still not receiving my order, or any shipping update,
requested a refund and to be fair, they refunded my money straight away, but the whole experience was more annoying.
Wouldn’t use them again!

Bought a sample box. Delivery was very quick as always, however I was disappointed with the quality of the box as it fell apart. Because of that I didn’t go on to order more. It’s also quite an expensive box once delivery is added. But cannot fault the company

I place my initial order with Starlight Packaging after contacting the company for further details regarding products I was interested in purchasing.

I spoke Molly who was absolutely amazing , she was able to promptly expand on further details regarding the products I was interested in purchasing. I was reassured and impressed by her prompt knowledge and helpful nature.

I was further impressed by the service as my order was immediately processed and delivered the next day!! This level of service is what I would consider as utter professionalism, and this is something that does not happen very often.

I have since contacted Molly today (19th January 2026) to enquire as to whether the Meat Wrapping Sheets I purchased were BPA Free. Molly did check with her Manager whilst I was on the phone, but was unable to confirm the specifications, however, Molly further stated she would contact the manufacturer and call me. Once again, Molly did not fail to deliver, and I received a call within a few minutes to confirm the products were actually BPA Free!!

I've had to guess a date when the transaction occurred as I've had a lot on and suffer memory problems but the date isnt important- "It was recent"
I spoke with the company on more than one occasion and this is at least my 3rd purchase with them - as everything has been 100% cost effective. Quality is excellent and the whole experience of purchase straight forward. I recommend you speak with the company for the first purchase just to see why you should trust them- LOL - is the name of their ambassador.
