It depends. When 50s shows are airing I’d give it a 5. When it’s not I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 because that’s the only things good on starz

Starz is absolutely terrible

Starz is absolutely terrible. What is their coo thinking? Are they 90 years old? Advertising iron man 3 and Thor dark world? Charging more than other streaming services? Your biggest STAR is 50-Cent?!?! Gtfoh, YouTube offers better…. Well… EVERYTHING. Starz is a joke, and don’t let the door hit you in the ašš on the way out #bankruptcy

Took $48 out my account for a 6 month…

Took $48 out my account for a 6 month subscription that I didn’t authorize. I recently had a 6 month subscription on promotion for $21.98 that started Sep.28th 2021 and it ended the 28th of March 2022. They attempted to charge me for the $48 on the 28th to begin another 6 month subscription I immediately went online to cancel and I also called customer service to be certain. Representative told me it was canceled and to maybe expect one more attempt for the $48 but if taken out it would be reversed immediately. The first two attempts was denied because I didn’t have the money in my cash app account. The 3rd time it came out cause I added money for personal reasons. I had already canceled so it shouldn’t have been a 3rd attempt anyways. Now they’re refusing to refund my money. Basically getting over on people and stealing money. Also unprofessional their isn’t a way to speak to anyone in the billing department. I have not watched that particular account since March 27th. Not even logged into it because I didn’t want them saying I was still watching. So basically now they’re lying saying I have usage on that account which is untrue. Anything to not pay me my money. This is sad and ridiculous that they have to steal from people must not be getting customers how they would like to. It’s barely anything too watch anyways. I only had it for power and bmf. I want my money back!!!!

Be careful with Starz!!!

If possible I would not of given any stars! I caught the fact the Starz was charging me both for trial amount $4.99 ( which was correct ) a month but also the regular monthly charge of $8.99. When I contacted customer service they would only refund me for 2 months! Do not deal with Starz, they cheat people and pull care less that they do!

I like starz But IT NEEDS MORE!!!

Starz is ok but too expensive compared to other streaming platforms, the others put out way more material than starz does, but I can say that almost everything I check out on starz I end up liking or at least wanting to watch. The interface should be more user friendly and u can tell that they know this considering there is no way to give the user feedback like reviews of their movies or series. I'd like to be able to review each thing that I watch but I think they know ppl r not as happy with their platform so they intentionally dnt have anywhere for reviews. Just one person's opinion here but indo love love love love the more quality shows they have been putting out lately like the whole Power universe, all those! Oh and Yellowjackets KICKS ASS so far & con only get better! I think they need to pump out more material and then once their material #s r up then reevaluate the user friendliness of the app itself, as well as starz used threw the prime app, need to be able to review everything plz!

The hygienist, Ms.Michelle,was awesome. She was thorough,thoughtful,and
her professionalism was
demonstrated in her knowledge surrounding
my treatment.

I unsubscribed in June but no reply

I unsubscribed in June but they have been charging me twice for June and July then they have been charging me every month since then. They have been charging me more since August too. I wrote them an email in August and no reply. I am now disputing all their charges through my bank because no one from STARZ is replying to me.

DONT SUBSCRIBE. MOVIES ON HERE SUCK AND SUPER OLD.

If I could give LESS than one star I would. Took six month payment from my account with zero reminder it was coming so I cancelled my account. They have yet to refund me my money. They keep saying they did. But they did not. They refuse to look into where my money is. Funny they can take it in minutes but refunding it....good luck!

So frustrating

Horrible. It pauses, skips, Its glitchy. I do NOT recommend. It taking me forever to get thru episodes because it lags soooo bad. It doesn't matter what I do to try and fix it. It's this way on my phone, laptop, and t.v. it's all bad 🤦🏼‍♀️😫 so frustrating!! I have to change settings each episode. All bad really. We shouldn't have to pay for frustration 🤦🏼‍♀️ power turned into a crappy show because of starz. PLEASE make your shows work better ugh.

Netflix blows them away

Netflix blows them away. You can't start an episode from the beginning, it does not retain settings you set from a previous episode, it does not retain the last episode watched so when you go back to it you have no idea where you left off, you have to hunt for the series each time you open Starz, when it automatically moves to the next episode it does not allow you to skip the recap or introduction. We spend more wasted time on maneuvering around every episode. It sucks!

Unable to cancel Starz streaming

I cancelled my Starz streaming right after I subscribed to a special offering 4.99 monthly fee for 6 months. They continue to take my money out of my checking account. They make it impossible to talk to anyone who knows what is going on so I can cancel it!
