Je ne voulais pas spécialement acheté des boots dans cette marque mais il s'est avéré que ce modèle était celui que je voulais.
Commandé dans ma taille habituelle sur ABOUTYOU avec une très bonne réduction.
Apparence plutôt bonne, le cuir est lisse, couture correcte, bonne hauteur de talon, légères...bref, elles sont parfaites à l'œil.
Par contre, essayage catastrophe, mon pied ne rentre pas dans la chaussure de gauche. En forçant, j'y arrive et j'arrive même à fermer la tirette. Mais la sensation est horrible.
Mon pied est comme dans un étau. Je doute que ça s'améliore avec le temps.
Puis, j'essaye le pied droit et surprise, mon pied glisse tout seul. Elle épouse sa forme et avec le temps, le cuir devrait se détendre.
Les chaussures sont identiques. Même longueur donc incompréhension.
Je dois les retourner à contre cœur car j'aime vraiment le rendu.
C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive. Je n'ai pas les pieds spécialement larges. ABOUTYOU me dit que c'est sûrement un défaut de fabrication. Dommage

Poor quality shoes at a hefty price
Bought €200 black boots for Christmas. Shows have completely fallen apart beyond repair after 3 weeks of wear. Would not recommend.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I tried buying the same coat 6 times, key word here is “tried” because I never actually got it. My order was cancelled every single time. I signed up to get email notifications when it was back in stock and when I got the email I rushed to buy it and guess what! Order was cancelled. Any time I reached out to the customer service I always got a copy pasted reply that clearly wasn’t even personalized to my issue as it would mention how my order couldn’t be completed due to the SHOES becoming out of stock once my order started being procressed or that none of the products they had in storage were of “shippable quality”??? Honestly, sort of glad I never had my order completed because if their service tells me anything it’s that it wouldn’t have been worth the money anyway.
To make matters worse, once my invoice had been completed BY A STAFF MEMBER!!! Meaning the purchase itself had been completed by someone who should KNOW about the availability of an item?! Awful awful brand, I have a bag from here and the one I got from sears in middle school has held up better than this one… One giant scam company. Look elsewhere.

If I could give them a 0 that’s what they deserve. They will not let you return shoes you buy online. What am I supposed to do with shoes that don’t fit? They told me I can resell them on their Reboot site which is the dumbest response I have ever heard of. I definitely do not recommend & I will never give another dime to this company!

I ordered the Steve Madden Lawrence loafers for my stepdaughter on December 14. Guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Eve. I kept checking daily online starting on December 19 and it showed label created but not picked up yet. I contacted Steve Madden on December 20, telling them I was concerned as they are supposed to be here by Christmas Eve and it's showing they are on the west coast, in California, not even shipped yet. They respond back telling me they shipped and would be there on time and sent me the same link I had been accessing saying the label has been created and item has not been shipped yet. I replied back saying the link they sent me shows the same thing I had emailed them about - that they have not been shipped yet. They replied again saying they will be there and they actually did ship on the 18th and blamed it on FedEx for not putting it in their system but then said if there are any problems, you have 7 business days from the date they were supposedly "shipped", which according to them was December 18 to let us know, and have an investigation opened… well guess what?! They were not delivered on Christmas Eve as promised. I called Fed Ex - they said they never received the item to ship. I then reached out to their so-called customer service on Christmas day as I was mad. They replied back on Wednesday, December 27 and said to please wait seven business days so they can investigate. I replied back that it has NOW BEEN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. They replied back on Thursday, December 29, saying they would forward my email to the appropriate department and start an investigation AND IF THEY STILL HAD THE SHOES AND SIZE I ORDERED IN STOCK, they would ship them at no additional charge. No timeframe. No we are so sorry. No nothing. No we lied about Fed Ex having them on the 18th…I then found the same shoes on Nordstrom so I replied back, saying I just want my order canceled since I never received the product and I now found them at Nordstrom for cheaper and guaranteed delivery on January 3 and that I would never do business with them again as there was no empathy or timeframes or caring whatsoever. They responded back that they will forward my email to the appropriate department for an investigation and if possible, they would refund me. After seeing all the negative reviews, I immediately contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges and told my stepdaughter she needs to find another brand as we will never buy Steve Madden anything ever again, no matter what store has them. I have since shared this experience with my future daughter in law and my nieces and my sister and friends and my stepdaughters friends and showed them all the complaints. I am now sharing my story and others stories with my clients. I will make sure anyone around me is aware of how horrible Steve Madden is!
Price adjustment
Price adjustment. I ordered boots Dec 6, 2023 and looked at their return policy. Customer service would not do the price adjustment because it was outside his "internal return policy". I asked him what the policy was and he did NOT want to share because it was, "internal" Their online policy states, and I quote, "Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2024.
Please note that we cannot do any in-store returns, exchanges or price adjustments during major holiday promotions including Black Friday (November 24) and Boxing Day (December 26)." My purchase was Dec 6, outside the promotion dates. I can just return and lose the $6.95 shipping, repurchase and I would still be saving money. I was very unhappy with his response and will not be purchasing from Steve Madden again.

Very disappointed bought a hand bag from marshalls for $39.99 bought myself a Christmas gift at Marshalls here in Barstow CA and screws are malfunctioning. Used not even one week 😞😞😞 not one replacement told me to find the purchase number like i ordered online i walked in a bought it looking for my receipt. I have other bags really like this one and its broken 😩😩😩

I ordered a purse on December 9th because they emailed and said if we order by the 15th it would show by the 24th. Then they email me on the 21st and say arrival is the 28th . I asked for a refund they immediately agreed contacted fed ex had the package re routed but still hasn't sent my refund. And also customer service is trash
Completely unorganized and unhealthful
I placed an order for a pair of boots on December 3rd. This was a Christmas gift for my wife. I called to check on the order December 12th. I was told at that time your would be shipped that week. I called back on the 16th of December. I've been now told that they cannot fulfill the order that I requested. I then ask them if they were comparable boots that I could order. The customer service agent said yes but I would have to do it on my own because they cannot change orders over the phone. I asked him if I ordered these boots will they come in time for Christmas the agent said no. I am now out Christmas gift for my wife.
Poor shipping packaging
I bought shoes for my wife for Xmas very expensive and the delivery was fast but the packaging is shocking, they just put it in a plastic bag and ship it showed up all damaged.

I ordered a pair of boots on December 1st (for a Christmas present.) First of all I signed up for email and texts to receive the discount code- which after trying multiple times I accepted that the code doesn’t even work so that was a waste of time. Anyways I place the order and am told to give 3 days for shipping. Each day I am given a notification saying my item is to be delivered today and then once day 3 hit I was given a message “item delayed stay tuned for updates.” So I gave it a few more days and still nothing so I contacted their customer service and was essentially told it left the warehouse and that was it. They said to give it another seven days since the “delayed” update to receive guaranteed shipping. I’ve now been waiting 2 weeks for these boots with 0 update and no answers as to where my package is. After reading these reviews I’m sure I’ll either never receive the boots at all or I’ll get two different sizes or something else terrible. Don’t order online from here!
Worst online shopping experience
Worst online shopping experience. Everything about this store makes me so angry now. from their customer service to the entire shopping experience. I ordered a pair of boots that were in stock on their website and they took over 3 weeks of me calling and sending emails before they told me that the shoes were no longer available. No notification or anything, I had to seek them out on my own. For how pricy these shoes are, just go buy in person, cause it is NOT worth it.
Delayed, then cancelled and still no Refund
I ordered boots that were in stock, didn't receive them for after almost two weeks. They blamed it on a warehouse move.
Then a month passed. They then said the boots might not even be in stock anymore since the holiday sales began - ridiculous since I ordered ahead of time to avoid this. They said they would look for the shoes - then just cancelled my order.
I am STILL awaiting my refund. I had to follow up with them because it still hasn't come and they blamed it on a "system error". Genuinely how many of those can there be? They said I'd receive it by the end of the day and - spoiler alert - I still don't have it. Avoid ordering from them at all costs - go in person or buy secondhand if you have to.

I’m surprised there are so many bad reviews found here! Purchased a full priced item and it went down to 70% off in less than a month! Online web chat basically is useless due to bot answers and waited forever but there’s no human attended to me! Attempted for a return to save MYR400+ for a pair of shoes but failed!

I ordered a pair of shoes but they never came, The web page said "waiting on Fedex" after several weeks I reached out to Steve Madden via email asking for an update. I got a response but it was not helpful and they didnt ever address where my order was. I noticed after I emailed them they added a shipping code to the order status, however there was not shipping date or further details, I emailed many times and each time I received a very non-specific, non-coherent response. They never addressed where my shoes were, its been about a month and they still never came, and I have no response from them as to where they are. I feel like I have been scammed by Steve Madden. How could this happen?

Steve Madden is crap. My boots lasted 4 months and then they started to come apart. After writing to customer service, I was offered a 15% discount that could not be combined with other offers, while on the site they were offering a 25% Black Friday discount. This is what you call being made fun of!
Pre-ordered boots on 9/23
Pre-ordered boots on 9/23, tried follow up a few weeks later and was told they were scheduled to go out 10/12. Today it’s 11/16, I have inquired again since with no response and all I want to do now is cancel my order. The site doesn’t offer that option and as previously mentioned there is no customer service that is responsive. I’m about to make a BBB complaint.

I have ordered 9 pairs of shoes and they deducted money too. After few days they said it was a technical issue, Black Friday is a joke for them and never ever trust them.
If it is not available then they should not deduct my money. Hope i will receive my money back.
