Wrong shoes sent 3 times!
Horrible customer service. I ordered sandals online with express shipping, took 2 weeks to come. They sent the wrong shoes. I reached out to customer service and they said they’ll send a new pair once I return the wrong ones. After an hour of fighting with them, they agreed to send me a new pair right away and gave me 15 days to return the wrong pair. Another week and a half to receive my “expedited shipping”. Wrong pair again. Same situation a third time. Wrong pair again the third time. It’s now a month and a half later and they still haven’t offered any kind of solution besides refunding my money once I go out of my way for a third time to return their mistake. It’s almost end of summer and I still don’t have sandals and countless hours arguing with customer service and returning their mistakes. Do yourself a favour and order from any other company.
Beware of Small Print
I tried to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit and was told they were "final sale" and not returnable. I read the return policy before purchasing and it stated that items endding in $.99 etc were final sale. The cost of the item in my bag ended in $.00. Industry standard for honest companies is to have in red letters "final clearance". A tiny little font in black below my cart says "final clearance". My bad, I guess, but I find this to be misleading and decietful. Why not provide great customer service and be VERY CLEAR on final sale items?

I ordered some sandals and got an email the next day they were on the way. For a fey days I couldn’t track my order because it was not given to the delivery company yet.. I waited two weeks only for my order not te be cancelled but ‘returned’ without contacting me. That is horrible. I was waiting on it for vacation and have no time finding new ones.. Shame on you for not keeping me updated or telling what was really going on.

Bien qu'il soit écrit sur le site internet que l'expédition se fait le jour même, lorsque mes chaussures ne sont pas arrivées dans les deux ou trois jours, j'ai envoyé un mail et ils m'ont dit qu'elles arriveraient dans un mois. Si je n'avais pas envoyé de mail, je ne l'aurais même pas appris. Les chaussures n'ont même pas été expédiées et j'ai dit que je n'acceptais pas ce retard et que je voulais un remboursement. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils me diraient si c'était possible ou non. C'est vraiment dommage que le service soit si mauvais alors que les chaussures que nous achetons sont si chères... JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS.

Havde købt et par buckle ballerinaer. De trække pengene på min konto dagen efter. Herefter går der 10 dage uden jeg hører noget. Efter 4 dage kommer jeg i dialog med service afdelingen, som så kan fortælle at skoen desværre ikke længere er på lager, trods hjemmesiden siger noget andet.
Pengene kom trods alt hurtig ind på min konto igen.

So disappointed bought a pair of ladies loafer style shoes and spent good money for them not even 6 months later the shoes is coming apart and off of the sole completely separating obviously the glue doesn’t last and maybe a new way to secure the top of the shoe to the sole should be sought out

Called only to find out the guy had no idea what was going on. He promised they would be sent out last Friday, April 26th and an email confirmation! Surprise…no email!
I now have to call again! So incredibly frustrating and absolutely crap for a company to operate this way!
1 month I paid this company $150 and still no product!

After searching for the perfect outfit for weeks, I had ordered a jumpsuit for an important event. After 8 days, I still hadn't received a shipping notification. I contacted the company and was told that they were dealing with a high volume of orders and were experiencing delays. Fair enough. I asked if I could get an estimate of a shipping time in case I needed to order another dress (the event is in 3 weeks).
I received an email from a different employee, saying that my order was Unfulfillable. I had already paid, and had been waiting for over a week for it to be shipped. If the order is unfillable there should be a notification to the customer immediately.
I requested a refund, and am still waiting for the money to go through so that I can order an outfit from somewhere else. Not impressed.

The worst customer service company…. M livid, angry, mad. Placed an order in December during their 65% sale, never got my order was promised a 35% refund within 5-7 days till today m waiting on the 5-7 working days…. I would not recommend anyone to buy online because your customer service is whack!!!! I want my money I will not rest until I get it back.

Don't order online from Steve Madden.. a 3-7 business day turnaround turned into 14+... and when I asked if I could cancel my order (before I got the shipping confirmation) they said they couldn't because it was already being processed... they said they would provide me with a pre-paid return label, but never did (after I reached out again about it). Just a poor poor experience.

Horrible customer service! I was a wholesale company buying from them for about a year! I’ve spent well over 10,000 in wholesale orders and they would charge me without notifying me and were not willing to work with me on my orders especially during inflation. I’ve never worked with a company that wasn’t willing to push out and order or cancel something. I will never purchase from this company wholesale or RETAIL! They lost my business forever.
