I placed an order Dec 27. Well after the postal strike and my order on Jan 10 is still pending not full filled. I keep emailing them and getting lame answers using the postal strike as a reason.

j’ai placé une commande 920848 le 4 janvier 2025, pour deux paires de chaussures. Lors de mon appel du 7 janvier 2025, un agent du service client m'a informé que ma commande était prête et qu'il ne manquait plus que la prise en charge par Postes Canada et que je devrais la recevoir d'ici vendredi en principe. lors de mon second appel le 9 janvier 2025, une autre agente m'a indiqué que ma commande n’a pas été envoyé car ils étaient en inventaire???et qu'elle serait envoyée la semaine prochaine. Je trouve ce manque de cohérence et la gestion de cette commande décevants.

2 months and counting no shoes
I placed an order during Nov 2024 cyber week, this was to be a Christmas gift. We had the Canada post strike, I contacted them after a week of not receiving any updates. I was informed that they were aware of the strike and would ship it FedEx. After a another week passed still no tracking sent to me. I contacted them again, same response. Dec. 23rd arrived, I called them they told me it was still in stock, but they didn't ship it, they gave 10% off. It's now January 9 the package which was shipped Canada post is now set to be delivered Jan 7th. I hope to receive it before next Christmas. They also refused to give me a refund.

Very poor management and communication
If ibcould have reted this 0 stars I would have. Imagine I made an order on the 25th of november 2024 and was still waiting to this day every time you contact customer services you get an email stating they would find out where your order is and give you an update no updates what so ever just we are experiencing a back log at the ware house or what ever. We'll today I hot fed up of waiting for my order after nearly two months I contacted them for a refund and not even an hour after got an email back to say they would refund me and the item was out of stock. Why would you wait until I ask for my money back to state that the item is out of stock very poor management and communication I will never order from them again
Although they gave me a 10% discount code you use within 2 months I guess what's the point when your very weiry of purchasing again from this site.
Extremely Disappointed with Service
I ordered from Steve Madden on December 1, and my order wasn’t delivered until January 2—over a month later! I emailed them multiple times to cancel the order during this ridiculous delay, and while they responded to my emails, they failed to act on my cancellation request. Now, I’m on vacation and unable to return the item. This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I won’t be shopping with them again.

They are truly the worst company ever. I ordered during the Black Friday sale and still haven’t received my original order or the replacement order after Stupid FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address. They are so not helpful and they waited so long now the boots are unavailable. I will never shop at Steve Madden ever again. I have never experienced anything like that ever. Worst shopping experience !!!!!! They need to be boycotted.

Terrible. Ordered a bag for christmas gift end of November. Still waiting. When purchased the delivery information said dispatched same day if ordered before 4 or next day. Been more than a month. Fair to say that was not true. Ive sent a million emails to them and the response is always we dont know the status of your order we will let you know.

I purchased boots in October and my purchase remained “pending“ for 9 weeks. I reached out several times and was given different information each time. First, they claimed the boots were sold out, yet the size and style was still available for purchase on the website, then they claimed they were being dispatched from a warehouse, then they said they were unavailable again, and finally, because it has taken so long, they were impacted by the strike and they could not tell me when my October order might be fulfilled. Horrible accountability. How can they still be selling these boots online yet not fulfill previous orders that are more than two months old? I will not order from this company again, and have requested my order be refunded.

Thank you Steve Madden for refunding my payment. I do think the previous negative reviews of other people shouldn’t be shamed for a company for Canada’s post strike. The company did the best they could to out source a third party without huge losses. I know when I mailed a letter through a company during the strike it costed me over $50 for just a letter in Canada. I ordered a few shoes from the company and I know my order was pending for a while so I called as I was worried that my gift wouldn’t arrive. The customer service team informed me it might not get out until after Xmas. I asked them for a refund and they issued one without any hassle. I went to the store to pick up the item to ensure my gift was ready for Xmas. The only thing I wish for Steve Madden if they had an option where you could look up inventory to purchase the shoes for instore.

Il me disent qu’ils ont changé de fournisseur qui livre alors que la dernière fois que j’ai appelé ils m’ont dit livré uniquement avec poste Canada. Que des mensonges. J’ai voulu acheter une paire de botte en magasin, mais ils n’avait plus ma grandeur dans la couleur que je désirais. J’ai donc acheter la paire de botte en ligne le 29 novembre dernier. La grève de poste Canada a débuté le 15 novembre, J’ai donc présumé que si le site offrait l’expédition, c’était parce qu’ils utilisaient un autre service de livraison. Grave erreur de ma part. J’ai écrit à Steve Madden le 6 décembre, leur réponse ( nous avons effectué des vérifications, veuillez patientez quelques jours ). J’ai écrit à nouveau le 11, cette fois ils m’ont répondu qu’ils était à finaliser une entente avec Purolator et Fed ex. Nous sommes rendu le 23 décembre et je n’ai toujours pas de confirmation d’envoie. Le pire est que je suis certain que mes bottes vont arriver par Poste Canada. Une vrai honte de mentir à ses client de la sorte. S’il m’avait dit le 6 décembre nous somme désolé a cause de la grève les colis ne pourrons pas partir, désirez vous un remboursement ou attendre et bien j’aurais choisi d’attendre sans me plaindre.
Au final, que mes bottes soit de bonne qualité ou pas, je ne retournerai jamais dans cette boutiques.

Purchase 2 pairs of shoes from the Scarborough town centre in November 2024 for a Christmas gift. They promised me I’d have it before Christmas. Talked to the manager named Taylor today and they are reording my purchase cuz I do believe they sold my order. Steve Madden owners should be ashamed of the way this store operates and conducts business. Customer service is horrible. Spent over $240!

Awful. Ordered a pair of boots early November and it said they shipped right when the CP strike happened (no contingency plan I guess). I am still waiting and now they say that they have to confirm that they still have the stock..???? Okay, so they were never shipped then ? Nothing like being lied to after waiting almost a month and a half. Disgusting business behaviour. Major fumble for this year’s holiday season. I will never shop here again.

Do not shop online at this store. Order placed early December. Fulfillment has not even started more than 2 weeks later. No sign of anything. Will not arrive for Christmas. CSR is not helpful and AI BOT agent tells me I can't cancel my order even though it has not yet been processed. Avoid this online store.
