I strongly believe that this company owns the most friendly environment for players . Too many options , variety of games , excellent bet builders and also fast to use it !!! Really great.
Unfortunately it was the first company I tried as betting player (always on sports , mostly football ). Lost some "easy" bets , got angry and suspended myself !

Problen is that after the period of self restriction , the company never offered me the option to replay ..actually I tried to deposit money ( accepted I think ) and no access to my account.

My Stoiximan account was fully verified, including proof of residence, which was approved more than 1.5 years ago. I was able to deposit funds without any issue.

However, when I requested a withdrawal of €70, Stoiximan suddenly requested a new utility bill in my name, despite the fact that my proof of residence had already been approved in the past.

I explained that I live in a village in Cyprus where utilities are not issued in my name, which is very common. I offered alternative official documents such as bank statements and tax documents, or even to close the account and withdraw the balance, but all options were refused.

The key issue is this:
This document was never requested when I deposited funds, only when I tried to withdraw!!!

Blocking withdrawals over newly introduced requirements, especially for such a small amount, is unacceptable and feels extremely unfair to customers.

I strongly advise anyone considering depositing money to ensure they can provide every possible document in advance, otherwise you may face the same situation!!!

I wish I could give them minus 50 star for these scammers.
