Thank you for the 5 stars all round for our Ellesmere Port storage! We're thrilled you've found the team to be friendly and helpful through the process. Thanks again for choosing Store First.
A fantastic service overall. I have got to know most members of staff at the Cheshire Oaks site. Nothing is too much trouble. The Manager, Kat, is very welcoming and totally understands customer needs. Her team are focused & thrive on attention to detail. We have more than one Unit as a family member is moving back to Wirral. They have been so helpful from the start. We would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Pushy before payment, invisible after. Customer service flatlines the moment the invoice clears

Thank you for your review. Whilst we always have high ratings for our customer service at our Ellesmere Port store and our store staff follow an enquiry process, which is designed to not be aggressive or pushy, we have looked at your account and understood that you signed your agreement on the 6th October and did not move into the storage unit until the 24th October, therefore you had queried your move in date charges. We have now passed this over to the regional manager to investigate further and they will be in contact.
Would recommend to others
