If you could rate in the minus I would rate the customer service team -10. I ordered privacy screens online checked out paid for the products but there were none available. Got an email to say they need to order products and it would take 2 weeks, I said ok. I ordered 22 October, I called after 3 weeks, they couldn't give me an ETA. They said they will call back the next day. NO they didn't I called again, I called again, they again said they need to investigate. No they didn't call back, I called again now very angry, The original 2 weeks was a lie, its getting made in China I reckon even if it is they have tracking but not stratco. It's now 4 December still nothing. I sent an email cause I can't stand talking to their customer service team who don't know how to look up products ordered and just make up stories. They can't even STILL give me an ETA. I tried to save a few bucks but next time I'll get it from Bunnings.

We went to the other hardware store (starts with a B) for Clothes line supports. Wasted about an 1 hour and came out none the wiser. Their sales rep informed us that they had a clothes line in the back yard and that was all they knew. We then went to Stratco Caboolture, what a change. The Sales Rep, could not do enough for us. Went thru the whole range, gave a few helpful hints and was a pleasure to deal with. The only thing is that I did not get his name, spoke with a slight American accent. We were at the store about 10:00 Saturday. We will be back as we need a metal decor screen. Thank you

Your driver Callum delivered my new roller door today.
Callum had a great attitude, only too happy to ensure the door was placed as close as possible to the location required.
The outdoor high back chair cushions I purchased online are exactly as shown, excellent quality and value for money. Upon store pickup Stratco service was helpful, efficient and friendly.

I visited the Caboolture store a few times, bought some building material as well as shelves and tools. They have very friendly and helpful staff, a good range of stock. Works for me.

Bought a cabinet, great product. Was a bit concerned that it would be one of those "rickety" ones but very sturdy, good for the garage. Only problem was that several of the panels were buckled which could only be discovered once unpacked. I rang Stratco and they were very accommodating and offered to deliver a replacement. This was not neccessary as I managed to fix the distorted panels. Great offer though, thanks Stratco.
Would have had 5 stars were it not for the damage

I paid extra to have the order delivered. After 10 days, I decided to call and check in as I had had no word and order tracking isn't possible. My order had been lost and there wasn't any explanation as to why. The customer service on the follow up call was great and they were extremely apologetic, making sure that I got my original order within the next 48 hours. Just a shame the original was lost and needed my follow up.
Service and product availability are good.
Stratco have a great website that is helpful and intuitive - sometimes a rarity these days.
And, as an added bonus, they are helpful - imagine that!

staff uninterested, mopey, rather be leaning on the counter staring at the floor.. one sales person couldn’t even be bothered to sell me something I asked them If they would sell it to me!. ie (display item) me: “do you have that display item over there in sto...(ck). ( cut me off before I could finish)

Me: ok, so am I able to purchase that one there?
Rep: yer, you could.
Me:........... ok so are you able to put that through for me?, honestly been looking for one for ages..
Rep: you’ll have to check with ( other rep) (points to the rep as they walked past)
me: recuse me ( other rep) as they walk past the counter towards beck office, am I able to purchase the display item?
Other rep: what?!, huh oh yeah. ( doesn’t even turn to look at me) continues on walking.
Me: ok so is that ok or...
Rep: spose..
me: ..... absolutely got smacked of the disrespectful customer service, and how could these to staff have a job when their attitude is appalling, clearly don’t want to be there, an inconvenience when you want to purchase an item, and walk around with heads on them like half sucked mangoes!!
it wasn’t just myself but the rep was passive aggressive towards a elderly gentleman in front of me who had a Simple product question...
I was never approached and asked if I needed help, ( even in the sales area) for fencing and patios...
