Overall a positive experience
Overall a positive experience this year. I booked in for solely my MOT as bi-annual service not due until April 2026. I was provided with a comfortable private room to carry out private phone calls and work etc. Coffee & biscuits provided and the car was washed on completion.
Pre/Post MOT car inspection & health check carried out which was beneficial and well received.
I would have preferred to be provided a loan car as requested 3-months in advance (always been provided this at all previous planned visits). Despite this, the work was done in a timely manner with care and attention to detail.
There were a couple of requests regarding the MOT which came with a different outcome which was not ideal and subsequently recorded as a defect which is disappointing.
This therefore shows a slight inconsistency across the Porsche service team as I have been an uninterrupted Porsche Centre Nottingham customer for 6 years to date and there are areas on the car which have been recorded as 'amber' in previous years yet recorded as 'green' this year despite no changes made.
Overall a positive experience and I intend to continue as a loyal customer in future.

I rang 3 times to book my car in for a service. Twice there was nobody to take my call. The third time they took my details and said they would call me back as once again there was nobody available to take my call. 3 week later and nobody called back. I went elsewhere and got good service.

Great at sales, dreadful at after sales, avoid!
Could start by actually getting back to customers when requested to, had my car for 4½ days when should only have had it for 2, for what turned out to be a very minor job. Lack of transparency has also raised questions over the previous sale of the car also, with concerns being raised and not answered. Business to customer trust has been lost and I couldn't recommend these to anybody going forward.
