Professional service. I was assigned to a single person who followed my case from the beginning to the end; and she helped me to get what I wanted at the end in a very professional way. All communications were done through emails. This is a big plus to someone like me who is not living in the U.K. The only reason why I do not give a 5 star is because of a slight delay as she was busy handling some other cases in the middle of the process. I was informed of the reason of the delay; hence I was not kept in the dark. Well, looking in a positive way, this perhaps suggests that a lot of people are using their good service.
