Visited the store in Basingstoke and had amazing service and advice on various products. We purchased two coats and are very pleased with them.

Bought some shirts
Bought some shirts, got home, almost all of them had stains and holes. Had to return for a full refund which was inconvenient, and the guy at the till was very rude and dismissive. Never felt so judged in my life! Went to hollister instead

Fantastic Basingstoke staff
I ordered the clothes online for my wife, but was concerned that they would not be delivered to store before my holiday. I rang Basingstoke store who said both were in stock and would reserve them for me if the delivery was not there by lunchtime. Fantastic customer service from them.
