I ordered a coat online which turned out to be too big, I ordered the smaller size into a store and collected the new one whilst dropping off the original. The return was simple and the staff were friendly.

Service over & above the norm
Called the Basingstoke store to check stock on a jacket for my son. Only available online but the salesman was really helpful & helped me work out what size would be best for him. Ordered online & arrived earlier than expected & and as a perfect fit. Great service & product

Pleased with the 20% off. I was very impressed with the service in the shop and after. They didn’t have the size we wanted so they ordered it for us(a very slick process) and it arrived a couple of days later. The communication was great. A very good experience! Well done!
