Item delivered to store too late
I ordered the item that was to be collected from the store due in by 27th December. I travelled up on 28th December and it wasn't there. I then had notification it had arrived on 29th December so now had to travel again - a 50 mile round trip!

Good value, great service.
Product arrived before the the expected delivery date. Great to see it packaged in recyclable packaging. And the garment looks well-made - hopefully will last a long time (It's a gift).
