Shearling jacket
I ordered the shearling jacket to pick up at the Cribbs Causeway shop and tried it on. It's a lovely jacket but the sleeves weren't wide enough on me to be able to wear u sweater underneath so I got a refund. The staff where very helpful and friendly and the return system efficient. A good experience.

The assistant in the shop was very helpful and went out of her way to find what I wanted. When it wasn’t in stock, she ordered it for me for free delivery to home and it arrived a few days later.
