I ordered for a gift for friend’s husband and ordered wrong size. My friend checked label on his other SuperDry garments and so I also ordered the correct size. I collected from the Liverpool shop and was expecting a problem as I needed to return. It was very smooth and didn’t even need to produce my card for a refund - it was automatically refunded!
The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Didn't have the product in store so alternatives were suggested. When non of these were acceptable the store person ordered the product online. No hassle, pleasant staff.
